Location was very convenient for us
Housekeeping never cleaned our room during the four days of our stay. The only explanation we received was that they were short-staffed. We even had to repeatedly request basic items such as clean towels.
The elevator was out of service for the entire stay, which was especially inconvenient since our room was on the third floor and we were traveling with luggage. The pool was also dirty and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning unit inside the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to rest comfortably.
Considering the price we paid, the overall value was very poor. What was most disappointing was the way management handled our concerns. When we raised these issues, they simply dismissed us and told us to direct our complaints to Booking.com, even though these were problems under their control. We found this response completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
