#1 was the customer service! We called and Phillip was able to accomodate our early check-in request which made our trip so much less stressful. The room was clean, comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated them refreshing our room throughout our stay. The gentleman working valet was enthusiastic about the location and shared a tip for us to walk to the beach and enjoy a pizza. We did it and enjoyed the evening so much!
It' really a stretch to find something that could be improved but if we had to comment so maybe you could be even better, hanging towels after showering was a challenge. The towel hanger lets the towel fall to the floor and we didn't have enough hangers for our towels. But again, this is a very small detail.

Loved every part of this stay. Really nice touches from service to ammenities. They make it a relaxing vibe whether your stopping over from a flight or just ending your holiday closer to the airport.
Parking is more expensive then other places but it was valet parking which is just an added bonus.
Super close to a local shopping district. perfect way to end our holiday.
parking could of been cheaper but you do pay for valet parking so it's still worth every penny.
