Clean and smells good

1. Limited parking. 2. Air conditioning temp is hard to control 3. No toilet vent

I had problems checking in on time. The manager was so kind as to let me check in late. I was just out of the airport from Mexico, had car problems and was so tired. I really appreciate the kindness that the manager showed me

Noise upstairs sounded like the maid cleaning the room, except it was 6 or 7am. No big deal.

A great value hotel. Clean and pleasant. Staff were great in helping me recover an item I left in the room

The room was clean. The location was great and the rate was amazing.

Just needed hair dryer.

It’s a clean place to lay your head that’s about 20 minutes to the SAC airport.

I loved this older style motel that is so freshly, and tastefully re-done. It's a simple, two-story motel in a great location. Very, VERY nice inside. All new carpet, appliances, beds/bedding and fresh paint without any overwhelming odors. Such a pleasant stay from the first interaction with the staff, to final checkout. Definitely at the top of my list for staying near Sacramento or taking an early flight out of SMF.

Where do I start the weird guy behind counter who kept watching me after I checked in and kept reminding me I can’t have any visitors even tho I was just there to sleep and leave early the next morning. They only thing they had was smoking rooms and they smelled like they had been smoked in right before I walked in.

They charged me twice, once when I booked and then when I got to the property, and bookings have not returned my charges even though I have provided both receipts.

The lady at the front was extremely sweet and helpful, the free parking was nice-it’s just on a first come first serve basis. It was a bummer the pool/hot tub is no more.

The cleanliness… the counters were dirty, they had spots that we personally cleaned up. The shower had a hair, a flosser and left over soap bar. The AC leaked, and when we told the front desk they said they fixed it, by placing small towels under it and it leaked again all night. The toilet constantly ran, which we told them About as well and they said they fixed, they did not, and the shower screamed this loud high pitch noise when you showered. The property also does not have a pool or hot tub like advertised on the booking.

Checked into hotel after 11 pm. Room 107 had over 100 small roaches crawling around in the bathroom. The telephone did not work. Found out when I tried to call to report the problem.  I checked to see if the phone was unplugged. This is when I discovered the sight of clipped finger nails. Tissue paper. A coin and dirt and clumps of debris. After 4:30 I still needed to shower. Did not want to be exposed to living roaches so I went to the night windows and woke up the attendant. Explained my experience in room 107. Requested a room chang. My husband and I were moved to room 108. After checking the room under the bed there is a shoe. Plenty of debris. My opinion is this place is Nasty. Housekeeping is substandard. PTSD is now allowing me to complain. My husband was yelled at by the man who worked at the after hour window for bringing back the key for room 107. He did not understand anything he was saying. I wrongfully became upset with my husband for allowing the clerk to mistreat him. I am not doing well right now. PTSD. I am waiting for 7:00 am for the office to open so I can properly check out. Please refund and compensate for this expierience.

Nice and clean, safe spot in town and good price

Needed towels (had just two for three adults) but it was late when we arrived and the front desk closed after we checked in. I would check on amenities immediately upon unlocking my room. I'm sure they would have helped.

For the simple motel that it is, it is clean and relatively quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a microwave, a fridge and a TV with many channels and options. There is AC.

The condition of the bathroom - the door peels, the shower is tiny and uncomfortable, the shower head does not move; the AC unit is loud and creates a major blast of cold air when it's on; the parking is first come first served - in theory there is a chance to not have a parking spot; the part of town is meh; the room keys kept getting reset, effectively locking us out unexpectedly, which was an annoyance.

Housekeeping tapped on door at 930 am on every door to wake up everyone so they could start cleaning sooner. Very rude....

Cheap, but not sure how it got a 7.9 rating!!!

Smelled like mold, and i was stuffy and sneezing within 5 minutes. There were black hairs and pubic hairs all over the bathroom. What looked like mouse feces on the window sill.

I loved the room and my great-granddaughter ABSOLUTELY loved the huge whirlpool tub.

Inexpensive; but for the area and accommodations, low value.

The walls are paper thin. The TV in the next room was like if it was in ours. The steps of people in the room above us was like thunder in our room. Outside our room was a storage for broken refrigerators and AC units.
