Old. Smelled musty. Only stairs to get to second floor furniture old and some missing drawers. Toilet very low to floor

Will definitely be back!

We got there because our original reservation didn't work out. We were traveling with 2 big dogs and our trailered Can Am. Staff was VERY helpful in getting us settled in to a comfortable king room after providing parking for our trailer. We were there 12 days and it was a quiet, convenient and comfortable place to base our Colorado fall color tour.

The only complaint I had was that the carpet was very stained.

Only suggestion I have is to have the little deck swept off-it would look nicer and the leaves wouldn’t track in so much.

There was hot water, and the mattress didn't sag.

The room was a mess. Stained carpet. Very slow draining sink. Synthetic linens. Squeaking creaking floors. The shower had the worst faucet leak I've ever experienced in a hotel, causing the shower pressure to be low. This is a terrible miss mashed room. Absolutely nothing like the photo. I feel totally screwed on this room. Booking.com, you need to do better.

Didn't eat there no hot breakfast ☹️

I requested the bottom floor for handicap and wasn't able to get it which in the end the morning I checked out it fell off the last step. Nothing that the property did. Just lost my balance. I'm handicapped and they said they weren't able to get me a first room floor

Beautiful for a motel facility, and a place we would have liked to spend more time in.

The double queen room with living area was perfect for us. The bathroom was spacious and we liked the separate sink and toilet areas. Beautiful location and the rear portion of the property was pleasant and nice that it was a quieter space away from the main road.

Breakfast was nice, and we appreciated that there were hard boiled eggs as a protein option. We would have liked it better if there were hot breakfast options, such as scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, and a waffle maker, but it wasn't bad.

Very clean room. Small but comfortable. Good A/C. Quiet to be on a main highway through town. Only hotel we've ever stayed at to have posted "Quiet hours' sign. Nice second floor outside sitting area. Friendly staff. OK continental breakfast. Good value. Would stay there again.

The staff were friendly. The room was big even with a soft recliner chair. They also had both a pool and hot tub with reasonable hours. We also liked the location for our needs.

Started bad, ended up decent after they gave me a different room

Easy access of main road.

Upon arrival to my room there was a full trash bag sitting directly in front of the door. This particular trash bag had a foul disgusting odor emitting from it. As I opened the door to my room the same smell from the trash bag was lofting in my room.

Great breakfast....nice bed, clean and spacious room and friendly morning staff. Very good value.

When we arrived at 3:20, the motel was nearly empty but the somewhat grouchy women on duty wanted us to wait until 4pm for a dim older corner room. We requested a brighter lower grade room upstairs which she reluctantly gave us after going back and forth, Eventually, we were allowed in the room at 3;50

Very nice relaxing stay!

Very cozy space. Beds were excellent and very comfortable. The pool was cool too with 3 ft, 6ft and 9 ft! Easy access to around town.

Breakfast could of been better, instant oatmeal would of been a plus.
