About this house rental
Welcome to the beautiful Hunting Creek Estates! This grand property boasts 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths with just over 6800 sq ft. Brand new hardwood floors were just installed in the main living area, master bedroom and kitchen. There is a large mahogany office right off the entrance. A beautiful eat-in kitchen directly off the living room has brand new appliances, an abundance of cabinetry and bar seating for 5. Additional seating for 6 can be found in the breakfast nook. Off the kitchen is a wet bar and around the corner, a large dining room with seating for 8. Rounding out the first floor is a laundry room and the 900 sq foot master suite complete with a cozy sitting area, gorgeous newly remodeled master bath and walk in closet. Just outside, there is a large raised concrete patio overlooking a tree protected pool (only open June 1 - September 1) and the well manicured 1.3 acre lot.
Upstairs, you will find a second master suite complete with a full jack and jill ensuite bath and walk in closet and an additional 3 bedrooms, all with full ensuite bathrooms.
In the basement, there is pool table and bar with a 65” flat screen TV. A great sauna room, and a king bed and bath complete the lower level. Outside of the walkout basement is a covered patio with a gas fireplace, hot tub and 47” flatscreen. Please feel free to ask any questions.
Our home is about a 10 minute drive to I 264. From there you are about a 15 minute drive to Churchill Downs, pending traffic.

We just returned from our first trip to the Derby and this was the perfect house for us to stay at with our group of 10! Eric & Alex went above and beyond to help set up a bourbon tour, Restaranut reservations, and anything else we needed help with! Eric greeted us upon arrival to make sure our group was comfortable and familiar with the home. They left us a basket full of goodies and souvenirs for us upon arrival as well. We hope to return in a couple of years, thank you again for opening your home to us!
