What did you like?
The room was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. Free parking was a great bonus, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
Everything was great. We had a very enjoyable stay and didn't have any major issues.

Our room was very spacious and well stocked, but..
It needs to be remodeled. Some of the rooms are 80’s looking. No elevators, and we had an 82 year old woman.

The unit was spacious and had a view of the ocean. We had a 2 bedroom unit, with a large living room (that included a pullout bed), dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer unit. Though we didn't use the amenities (pool, bocce, tennis, etc) it was nice to have the options onsite. The unit also supplied beach items - folding chairs, picnic blanket, umbrellas, cooler - which were wonderful to have available when traveling from out of town. Parking was also included and just steps from our front door.
Some of the furniture seemed dated and could use a deep cleaning.

The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The condos are spacious with a nice design for a large family.
The kitchen had many cockroaches that appeared at night - in the cupboards, sink, and countertop. I told management and they moved me to another condo. That condo (which was very outdated as well the first) then had a very large palmetto bug on the wall at night along with another dead cockroach in the bathtub. Although management tried to make us happy (had a box of chocolate waiting in the second condo) he told me that the family that went into the first condo after us had no problems with cockroaches. I found it offensive that he implied I was lying when I took multiple pictures of ALL the bugs that appeared in both facilities. He gave me $100 cash which wasn't much when I not only didn't enjoy the stay but had to pack up and move five family members after we had already unloaded all of our stuff the first time.
