    I asked for my room to be cleaned daily and no 1 came for the 4 night. Looks like they didn’t have enough cleaners. Also I wasn’t given water until I begged for it daily. The ambience was not so good. They promised airport shuttle but there are caveats not communicated.

    For its brand the toilet paper holder should not fall off, elevators need maintenance, I ca. Look past all these small things normally. When I checked in I let them know I had booked the same room nights but in 2 bookings - thanks to sporting events changes. When I came back on day 2, the front desk lady- maybe Asian was rude and told me she'd wave the fee for not checking out and back in by check in time. Which I should've been told at check in- check in guy was great. But this gal and that policy is ridiculous- I've never heard of that. And I managed hotels for years... theres a lot of hotels out there and due to that, I won't be staying at a 4 points again.
