My booking included breakfast.
The front desk tried to tell me breakfast was not included and that I would need to pay, but I showed my booking.com email and was given breakfast tickets. I feel like they probably should have known.

for the most part the customer service was good, the room was good, there were plenty of stores around. the weather was nice. the TV was nice.
the restaurant was not opened or the bar on the Friday night we checked in. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel because we had a place to eat with out having to leave. The last time we came we had a living room in our room which gave us a place to connect other than in the room with the bed which was great. We asked for our sheets to be changed and expected that to happen while we were gone for 2 hours and it was not done. so we had to wait for someone to come change them before we could get comfortable Saturday night.
