- The room was spacious and clean,
- Multiple places to plug in for charging devices
- Coffee maker in room; wish they would supply more coffee packets, although desk clerk was happy to give more upon request
- Central location; close to Town and Country Market
- Surprised that there wasn't an elevator; made it difficult to haul luggage up to the second floor
- Tiny counter space around the bathroom sink
- Very basic breakfast; would like more fresh fruit and pastry options

Great value. For not being expensive, whole place feels very clean, tastefully decorated lobby, etc. The fact that they offer some hot breakfast and have a hottub on top of that, was excellent. All interactions with any staff in the hallway, and the front desk staff who checked me in the evening were very warm and friendly.
Breakfast- personal, but would have liked just one or two more options for people who don't eat pork, or a lot of bread or sugar. Plain yogurt, unsweetened oatmeal, something like that. More eggs.
One staff interaction- Maybe she was tired... but one interaction with front desk morning staff when I asked a question was very flat and kind of curt feeling, as if I was kind of irritating.
Place for dry clothes/towels outside- hottub was awesome!, but there's no dry area on the whole patio in this rainy environment to hang up clothes or a towel when you get out. A covered area with hooks somewhere, like where the grill is sitting, would make a lot of sense.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was efficient and very friendly. They were helpful for getting to the historic downtown area for the restaurants and shops. Gave me a map to help me locate things.
I wish they had an elevator and more entrances in the back of the building. Everything else was great!

Overall clean and presentable, bed felt good, good a/c. One of the cleaning gals who seemed like a supervisor had a very cheery smile and attitude.
Bathroom tub creaked a lot, handle was partly busted making temperature control in shower difficult, small short toilet, wall paper in the bathroom yellowing and crinkling, dirty air vent. Felt overall a high price for what you get and the ‘meh’ service.
