We loved everything except the pancake machine!

Staff was friendly, helpful , efficient & professional. Rooms were very comfortable, clean & well supplied. Breakfast was more than adequate but the automated pancake machine made very small pancakes & malfunctioned frequently & required staff attention & time. Otherwise offerings were good.

Recommend they provide waffle machines & batter rather than the inadequate pancake machine. Otherwise we were very happy with our accommodations.

We have decided we will not stay there again

The bed was extremely uncomfortable - soft and mushy. My wife ended up sleeping on the futon/lounge chair because if she had slept in the bed her back would have been extremely painful in the morning. The front desk did bring us a blanket for her - per our request.

Comfortable and convenient.

It is a good place to stay when passing through Hood River. It is close to the freeway. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

All the times I stayed there before, they had a dedicated hot water dispenser. Hot water for tea or other things was available 24/7. Now they have a fancy coffee machine that has hot water as one of the selections. The hot water comes through the same spout as the coffee and tastes like coffee. Definitely a downgrade for people who need clean hot water.

I would stay here again. I was super happy how amazing it was!

First time staying here. Top floor was all booked up so we got a first-floor room. Turns out it was cooler / easier to sleep on bottom floor. Very quiet all night. Breakfast had variety of delicious food. Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance

Holiday inn Hood River Oregon is always super clean. My room was huge, bed was comfy, shower was A+ w/ dove products. We finally did the breakfast in the morning and it had so many nice options to choose from

Very nice stay

Standard Holiday Inn Express experience. Clean, comfortable, quiet, decent breakfast. Nice Staff. We actually used the Jacuzzi which we 100% normally do not do as it appeared very clean and well maintained. We needed it after doing a lot of hiking that day and it felt so good!

Ok for a one night stop over in hood river.

The mt Adam’s view was pretty incredible.

The constant hum and noise of trucks and cars in the Taco Bell drive-through line right outside our bedroom window.

Food availability at 9:15 am was gone ….only cold cereal available & not willing to provide new food ….closed at 9:30 am.

2 rooms confused….booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds ….got a dirty smelly handicap room on 1 floor & A king bed on another floor.

pool was closed to the entire time we were there, room was not ready when we arrived, when we needed additional towels and bedding, they did not bring them to us and we needed to go down to the desk to retrieve them. Overall, they seem to understaffed, and to reliant on desk staff to troubleshoot things like pool chemicals.
