Friendly staff, ok breakfast, decent pricing.

It smelled musty when you walked in and in the room. The outlet in the bathroom didnt work. There was no light in the hallway so there was no lighting by the big mirror. The water in the shower was barley coming out because the water was mainly flowing from the facet even tho the plug was pulled all the way up. The shower curtain was torn and yellowish.

Complete relaxation!

It was very quiet for being next to the freeway. Slept comfortably.

Coffee was cold at 8am. :( This was the only issue I had.

It met our need for a place to sleep.

Location was the primary driver for our stay on this trip. We were looking for something close to where we were going to see a band perform.

The only thing we didn't like is that the pillows on the bed were incredibly small and, even though there were four pillows, it wasn't a comfortable sleep.

Very good stay

I like to care that they give and most of all honesty. I left my ruby and diamond earring at the room by mistake. On the way out of town, I called and the lady that answered said she would check. She came back and called me and said that she did find it. We turned around and went back to get it. That is something special to have anonymous person like your front desk. I did not remember her name, but I feel she should be recognized by management. left behind a generous tip to show my appreciation

It was not a comfortable stay. I did tell the employee on duty but he was too busy having pizza with his family.

The room was awful. The door had to be slammed in order for it to close. The toilet had black all over the inside. The floor in the bathroom was cracked. The tub made noises you felt like you were going to fall thru. The blind on the window didn’t work.

The only thing good about this place was the price and staff.

Do not book here! Our room was filthy. Stains on the bed sheets and what looked like throw up on our mattress. Floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed from the last group. Pool was out of service and black. I would never book this hotel again.

Place is nice and clean and is community located off the I 10 which it’s a bonus when you’re traveling through Texas.

Hotel is a little older and it needs improvements and brought up-to-date. But for the price point, it’s a good place

Disappointed from the brand

Location and easy access

They didn’t clean my room from the guest before me, I found in the fridge some smelling seafood and cookies under the bed. The sanitary was not cleaned neither. Visible lack of maintenance, the door at my room was loose and difficult to open and close. I’m general the facility is in poor conditions. The breakfast ends too early at 9:00 so my wife could had her food and there were just few options.

Horrible stay i would like a refund but no one answers

Nothing was good i got there and the room i was given was dirty beds undone, towels on the floor like someone had just checked out, also the whole first floor smelled like weed. When my family and I were asleep people walked in and they had been given our room it was horrible i have been trying to get a refund but no one answers the phone

This was one of the worst stays of my life although I was booked for 3 nights, I left after the 2nd.

nothing but Carbs

when I arrived the toilet was dirty. the next morning the toilet was leaking but the manager would not let me move to a different room. I had to attend to my morning appointments without the benefit of being able to clean up. Later the toilet was somewhat repaired. It stopped leaking but was running.

Worst experience at a hotel

There was not one thing about this whole stay that was happy.

The room was not cleaned properly, the tv was not working and told front desk which they replaced with another tv about 1 later, the blow-dryer in the room did not work and we felt it may have taken an hour like the tv if we asked for a blow-dryer so we opted and went out to our car and got ours instead, the ice machine was not working and that was not a clean area, the free breakfast was not even stocked and decided not even to eat there, overhaul the whole experience with the hotel was very dissatisfying. I would not tell anyone to stay here. The pictures were very inaccurate/misleading.
