As soon as you drove me to the property, there was a bunch of people that were kicked out of the rooms probably because they couldn’t afford it staying in the parking lot. So of course parking was limited. The stench in the room as soon as I went in, maybe want to leave immediately. I didn’t end up staying overnight, but I did get ready for the venue. I was supposed to be at that night. There was stains of feces on the wall around the bathroom and toilet area. I had the sense that a lot of families that were on welfare lived there in the back area where I was staying at. They all were hanging out in the parking lot and knew each other from different rooms. It was not a comfortable environment at all. I didn’t feel safe and I didn’t like my car being out there in that area either if I could’ve got a return and stayed somewhere else I would have. I live in Las Vegas, and didn’t feel like turning around and driving all the way back home for four hours. I can’t believe they asked me for a cleaning deposit.

It was very close to the water park and it was a good value.

The mattress was a bit lumpy/uneven and our blanket had some yellow stains (in a small but noticeable area)

The hotel has a pool, a spa, and a washing room. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable.

The area is very run down, the TV didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work and people are now living at the hotel. This hotel has fallen on hard times and it shows as it seems like they have given up on the property. We were also told we couldn't get extra blankets.

Love all the roses

The outlets in room 142 did not work...well...most...had to buy an extension cord for my cpap machine. Not a big deal...what WAS a big deal is we could not use the hot tube due to screaming kids. for hours!!! I was in pain and looking forward to it. I understand the kids were just having fun but maybe you could have an ADULTS only hour like 7-10.

This place had roaches crawling on the wall. I left immediately. It looked like there were long term tenants. Do not recommend.

I really l8ked the location, the pricing, the fact that it was relatively clean and decent for the price i paid. I've stayed in worse for more so I was quite happy with that. they were super nice with my service dog and honestly, really good in general. security was on top of their game too, so that helped alot! I'll plan to come back for sure.

unfortunately, we were in the back corner near the steep road that's gated off and there was a creepy guy just hanging around the car every day I was there, taking up the handicap parking lot despite not having handicap. there was also a drug hand off, and a few tweekers.... it was kinda scary, but when I notified the front desk, security was awesome and watched the area more

Staff was polite and helpful.

The property was well worn. Everything about the room was old and showed its age.

There was two many people that didn't have rooms hanging in the parking lot at 3am 4am and 6am the police were there to stop drug activities non employees had on employees uniforms checked out early to avoid conflict with local gang that live in the hotel my stay was a nightmare I had to stand watch too make sure we didn't become target do to other renters calling police on the drug activities.

I stayed hear a couple times didn't have a choice they had construction going on so there wasn't a lot of parking plus prostitution going on in this facility not really a good place for families the room smell like dog and cat pee I'm not really big on animals don't hate them but I don't like the smell they leave behind

Well, the front desk was amazing, kind, helpful, the place is in a good location. And a lot of space for parking, air conditioning, the shower was not clean enough but it was a massage for the body because how strong was coming out. Clean blankets, small table for ear, with two chairs, fridge, microwave, small desk and make up desk, light on the top of the bed, tv with a lot of channels and free wifi.

It wasn't clean enough. I will not complain because I do not know how much the maids get paid for. So yes, bathroom dirty, shower dirty floor dirty, a lot of dust, restroom doors were disgusting, but well we cleaned, with clorox wipes. And buy yea floors needs more attention. Also the area smalls a lot of Marijuana, well every where in CA. Lol And here is the worst part, thanks God was the very last night, we stayed at red roof in for 8-25 through 8-29, so the 29 by 4:10 am, there were some peraons yelling each other, then suddenly we hear 3 shots, we were sleeping, the my mother standed up I did as well and woke my father to walk through the bathroom yeah some of then had a fire gun, and put it to work, and guess what a few minutes the police got there and they were standing in front of our room, the closed with yellow tape do not cross, and were looking for evidence. We were for vacation and then we left with a good ( good bye). I guess they need to make some improvements, in security because this can be ended in a tragedy for a missing shot. So they need more improvements in the costumers security and in the room cleaning. Otherwise before that night everything was great.

1st of all id like to say I love red roof in San Dumas. Great location best prices all staff is very friendly polite and helpful. I arrived on June 15- June 21 extended my stay thru June 21-July 1st in the same which was great. I had such a good time I decided to get a extension to stay longer for the 4th of July so I extended my stay thru July 1 - July 13. This time when I went to go sign new paperwork (I already paid thru Booking.com) for the same room? I was told at the front desk that would have to move out and get a different room. Even tho I booked the exact same room again thru booking.com. The young lady at the front desk did not care and said I was in a more expensive room and would have to move out to a different room. I offered to pay the difference again the young lady replied no you have to move out. I then told her this was my 2nd extended time in same room that I originally booked thru booking.com. Again she didn't not care! I told her I would need time to move my stuff. I told her it would take me some time to move my stuff because I have a disability due to my back and 1 knee and the other knee bone on bone replacement surgery due to my my military service from 1973 thru 1982 when I had to retire due to my 40% disability rating I received for my service in U.S. Army. I also advised her I was 69 and a retired US-Vetran, and if she could allow me to stay in the same room that I'd been in since June 15th ? She did not care and said I had to be out and I would get another room (it's 10am in morning) by maybe 3pm or 5pm later that day because it was a very busy morning. So I asked for a cart to be able to move my things. As I walked back to my room both my back and my 2 knees where killing me. So I called Booking.com and advised them on the situation, Booking.com then called the hotel there was no manager to speak with so they spoke to the same young lady who did not care! And said I had to move to another room. Booking.

The 2 rude and not caring or respecting the elderly employee s who work there. Other than that....they are great and I will continue to go there.

Large room close to lake

Horrible atmosphere no parking/ parking lot small and poor condition no obvious security and many homeless inhabitants near our room family felt very uncomfortable coming and going from room and our stepping in the dog feces while carrying up our luggage on the stairwell was disgusting non smoking room smelled as if it had just had full occupancy actively smoking cigarettes just before our checkin wasn’t good for our immune compromised family member and the others with asthma front desk notified and offered to come “spray” no thank you that won’t help our asthma flare ups the room created

Floor steps are not friendly for seniors, too steep, and bed orientation is not good for watching TV. Everything else is all right in general. The room looks clean.

Read reviews of the past on this locatii. And they gace poor reviews. I believe however they sere wron. I fully enjoyed the stay and the ataff and crew were great. Well kept rooms and great service

There were no breakfasts

Homeless people camped in front of my room. Bed broken- asked for it to be fixed- was not fixed. Faucet in bathroom sink didn’t work. Room had a foul smell

Hotels, right around the corner where I needed to go to the car races over the weekend. Excellent time great location.

No problems the only downside is, there’s no elevator there, and the stairs leading up to the second floor are deplorable, broken busted, and a very bad liability
