Doubletree by Hilton, Leominster

The staff was friendly & helpful. the location was good for what we needed.

The bathtub had a permanent dark stain around the bottom. When you turned on the shower, there was still more water coming out of the lower faucet than the showerhead. The water pressure was awful. The toilet was hard to flush. when we reported this to the staff, they sent someone to clean the tub, but this was not something that could be cleaned, and they needed a plumber. The room was either too hot or too cold, even when adjusting by one degree. For the price we paid, I expected better. If it wasn't so expensive, I probably wouldn't complain.

The front desk personnel were very professional and friendly.

I went to make coffee and there was almost a cup of water in the water well in the back of the machine. The ice bucket had dust on the cover. There was a hook missing on the inside of the bathroom door and when you flushed the toilet, there was 3-5 bird chirp sounds. These were not typical of Hilton Hotels!!!!

Location is great. Food was great .

The price. It was way overpriced. For the weekend we were there , it was hard to get a room because of soccer tournament, and the rooms were expensive

It was close to the family I was visiting

The bar had extremely slow service. My bathroom was dirty, it had the last persons hair on the shower walls! Carpeting looked old, and was pulling up. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Windowsill was cracked. Floor felt damp. Plugs were loose and out dated.
