I loved how spacious everything was. The pool was clean, the atmosphere was very home-like. Everything in our room was clean and easy to find.

Please do not treat me like a criminal by charging me $150 for damage, I understand it’s only a hold on my account but I am 83 years old and has never seen this set up before and I have never damaged anything, I walked in my room and looked out at the patio and the screen door was laying against the building bent up, why wasn’t this fixed before I went go my room?? I am not your room inspector! I will think twice before I am be little for such a ridiculous charge again
