Great value hotel with good breakfast

Great location with all stops and drive through nearby. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was sumptuous with own waffle station and yoghurt. Clean restrooms and good parking area.definitely can stay again for the staff, complimentary parking and good breakfast :)

Rooms were outdated and smelled a bit. Not that bad though. No kitchen.

This is a comfortable and clean facility located close to major attractions and facilities.

The fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and variety of breakfast foods. The breakfast room staff lady was very attentive and kept everything well-stocked and clean.

Great stay, no matter the time of year.

They have great breakfast choices. Rooms are big and comfy.

Plumbing! I know it's a weird one, but we come to this specific location a few times a year (I have family in the area) doesn't matter what floor you are on the tolites clog on nothing and the water in the showers go from scolding hot to freezing cold in the matter of seconds. With 3 kids, one being a newborn, that was difficult.

We will not be visiting this property again, and will advise others not to stay here.

Stayed at this property in the past, we were extremely disappointed with our last stay on the 23rd. The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy, but it had to run whenever we used the bathroom because it was attached to the light fixture. I reported it to the staff three times and nothing was ever done. The fixtures in the shower were marginal, could not get them to operate very well. The tub was slippery and there was no safety mat provided. The breakfast provided was extremely poor. A large disappointment compared to past visits. The staff seems very apathetic.

The property really needs to be renovated. It is old and tired. See, above comments for more detail.

It is a very good and decent hotel for the price.

The comfort and cleanless of room were very good. The breakfast was also very decent. The quiteness also was awsome.

The water of the shower in my room was very unpredictable. I set it up for hot water, then suddenly very cold water came out. I tried to set up again, but it was not easy to keep the water running out with the same temperature.

I Love stating at this hotel! The bed was SO comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless & the pool & jacuzzi was relaxing. The location is awesome as there are tons of restaurants, Disneyland & Knots beery farm are close by. Tons of activities to do & the weather was amazing!!! I would recommend this hotel!

Met expectations

Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Everything was just like in the picture. Breakfast was sufficient. There was waffles, boiled eggs, porridge, various breads and yoghurt. Enough to fill you up. There was always seats available. Plenty of parking

Front desk staff are behind a giant persplex shield so seem distant. Not much interacting with customers. Just check you in and out and done. There is meant to be 2 lifts but we could only find the main one. It is old and slow. We were on the second floor so just used the stairs. The main hallways are a little musky. The carpets need some love.

Icky carpet comfy bed

The bed was actually comfy and I rested.

-loud fan or pump intermittently during the night, had to wear double earplugs -really annoying motion sensor light by door - breakfast mostly gone by 8:30 am (only served till 9!) nothing but waffles and bananas left - icky carpet - TV - have to ask for adapter?? Not sure why this place is so highly reviewed.

Could Be Great With Updating

The staff was very nice. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It was a continental breakfast with waffles and hard boiled eags.

The room was dated. The arms on the chairs were worn. The A/C smelled really bad. So, we turned it off and opened a window. The room was very clean. But the last morning, there were ants and what appeared to be fleas. Also, the main elevator was out of order. The work elevator was rather far from my room.

Great accommodation

This hotel had everything you need. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was perfect to start he day. The staff lady attending the breakfast area is amazing. The best service ever. Always scanning the room and helping anyone and everyone she can. Thank you for a lovely experience. Free parking onsite was a great bonus. Safe area and close to great shopping.
