Good location

Breakfast was disappointing no fruits or protein choices like eggs or peanut butter. On the other hand there was a very good selection of pastry.

Good Location, Room for Improvement

Our stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Anaheim Near the Park was a mixed experience. The location is very convenient for accessing Disneyland, LA, Irvine, and the state beaches. The room was big and spacious, with a microwave and fridge that worked well. Reception staff were friendly, and the simple breakfast was surprisingly filling — the pancake machine for fresh, hot pancakes was a great plus. We didn’t use the pool, so we can’t comment on that.

The hairdryer in our room was broken, and when we informed the front desk, we were told that the hairdryer wasn’t listed in the room description, so nothing could be done. Parking can also be difficult if you return to the hotel late, as spaces fill up quickly. Overall, a convenient stay with good basics, but a few things could be improved.

Bad customer service and horrible experience.

Only reason we stayed here was because it was a close drive to Disneyland.

The room next to us was loud all night and caused us to only have an hour of sleep. Called front desk a few times and not very helpful. During checkout, the front desk staff said she was going to let the manager know to see if they could do anything for us and will contact me, but nobody ever did. Horrible experience and will never stay here again.

It was a convenient location.

Bathroom was so dirty. Hair everywhere. Rust and mold in the shower head. Hair all over the floor in the bed area. Blood stains (I think) on the sheets. Smelled like weed everywhere. Breakfast was ego waffles, fruit loops, or soggy cheese danish. And did I say it smelled like weed??? It was so strong. And it was so dirty. Would not recommend. I did not feel safe. It was loud too.

The stay was great

Everything went well, the staff was very accommodating and so was the cleaning staff.

There were four of us and we only received two wash clothes, and we had to keep asking for wash clothes.

Uncomfortable bed and beddings, Cheap limited breakfast, and no housekeeping every day.

The staff at the front desk and dinning room were all very friendly and helpful.

I’m disappointed that for almost $500 dollars; 1 - The bed was old and very uncomfortably hard and made squeaky noises while tossing or turning in bed. 2 - The pillows were also old and hard and would lump up to two different bundles in half. 3 - One day before the last day, the housekeepers; A- Didn’t clean the room, B- Didn’t empty the garbage, C- Didn’t provide fresh towels or clean sheets, D- Didn’t even make the bed superficially. E- The breakfast was toast, donuts, cheap tasteless coffee and no fruits, or boiled eggs or anything else. They treated my room like it was the last day which it was not. I will not stay there again or refer anyone to stay there.

Hotel room is good but front desk staff has poor customer service, needs more training.

The room was at the ground floor

The front desk staff was rude and not helpful. He denied my reservation at booking.com, he instead let us book directly to their hotel so I was charged 2x (1 charge from booking.com due to no show up and another charge directly to their hotel). I don't recommend this hotel so beware in booking at this hotel. Make sure you call them before arriving to make sure you are booked.

Very Accommodating 😁

My daughter is disabled, and the room they put us in was VERY accommodating. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for staff to bring what we asked for.

Only thing I would’ve liked better, is if the window was able to be cracked for airflow. We aren’t used to the thick humidity in the morning, and fresh airflow would’ve been nice.

Limited seating in dining area to eat breakfast, walls are thin (can hear when guests are moving around next door and outside), the fridge was leaking when we first arrived. Thankfully it sits on a tray that collects the water. Otherwise would have been a huge mess. I had to use a hotel towel to soak up and then wring out the water. Very limited TV channels.

The morning staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.

The evening staff (young guys in the office) were dismissive and acted annoyed to be there. The ceiling/floor between rooms is so thin that we could hear people walking around upstairs nextdoor. The pictures on the website felt like cat fishing after seeing the place irl.

It was a good price. Staff were friendly. My daughter loved that the cleaning people put her stuffed animals up in a cute way each day. Always had fresh towels and garbage taken out.

I wish laundry hours were longer for those who are here visiting local things. 6-12 would be awesome. They need new blow dryers. The one in my room had coils hanging out and sparks flying. Breakfast was eggo waffles, muffins, pastries, cereal which was great but fruit would be nice and a protein.

Terrible. Never going back.

Nothing. I didn’t even stay one night, I cancelled my reservation and was told I’d possibly get a full refund, at least partial for one evening, and since they have ignored me.

That the room smelled musky and felt wet, the men lingering in the parking lot for hours hanging out around the cars— near mine. The sex worker walking the street right outside of the hotel. Being there alone with my two daughter, as a single mother, and not feeling safe. And lastly, that no one seems to care or reimburse me.

It's worth staying compared with the money you pay for it.

The room was not very fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so simple. Overall, I liked this place and would recommend it for a short stay.

To be notified that sink was cracked in the room. when reported office response was " the cleaning crew is probably aware of it " without checking for them Selfs. Since money is withheld if damages are found it left me weary of on been charged for existing damage in the room.
