The location is perfect for downtown access to restaurants and night life, it's very close to walk along the water. The building is old, but the inside of the rooms were updated and nice enough. I was in a single bed - Basil room and it was small, but it worked. Chelan is not a place where you spend time in your room. My second night was in the Sage room which had two beds and a lot more space. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS!!! I appreciated a discount as a guest.
It wasn't really in their control, but my A/C unit died with a crazy noise at 5am and I called the main line and was instructed on how to cut the power to it. They very generously moved me to an upgraded room.
I am a traveler who likes to unpack my bags and hang shirts, that was not possible really in either of the rooms I utilized. I was in Chelan for business and it would've been nice to press my clothes or at least hang my collared shirts.

Close to the lake and main street. Great value for money. The best breakfast bacon&Egg sandwich I have had.

No breakfast available at the hotel. We walked about to find somewhere to eat.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was not open and the owner of the hotel did not know why. It should be noted that the hotel had recently been purchased and the new owner was still getting her feet under her. She was helpful in directing us the places to eat, sightsee, etc.
