the furniture is outdated. Items are cracking and need some type of maintenance
I guess the hotel does not want my money I needed to stay extra days and was told to go to a website ,. then because the room I had was "booked" I was not offered any alternative accommodation. thats fine I went to another hotel .

Very convenient right off the highway. In a really great location, even though it was busy street it wasn’t noisy at all. lots of places to eat in the surrounding area and shop. The room was big. The staff was really nice no issues whatsoever.
The bed was not comfortable. Very hard.

The one thing I didn’t like is that old out dated Elevator. Very dim lighting & slow. They need to spend the money & Update. That would bw my only reason not returning there,unless I was on the first floor.

Location and staff
Heat unit sounded like a pile of metal tools in a cement mixer. Finally just turned the heat of and it STILL cycled and made noise every hour. Told front desk at checkout and their response was “Interesting, we’ll have someone check it out”.
