The reception staff was wonderful!

Parking was confusing and not well marked.

Clean room Very comfortable beds Excellent FREE breakfast, including eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, toasted bagels! Online checkout, really easy, no need to go to the front desk!

No table in front of sofa bed to eat our takeout dinner.

Great location with easy on/off access to I-84. Good restaurants in the area. Check-in staff very friendly and accommodating. Under major renovation but, not to worry, there was no inconvenience to guests. Enjoyed the hardwood floors in the room and the lovely lemon fragrance when we entered the room.

Water in the shower was warm but not as warm as I would have liked. No freezer in the refrigerator. The air-conditioner was noisy when it came on and then went off to the point we couldn't hear the TV.

Love the newly renovated rooms! Much nicer than last time we stayed.

We could hear traffic very clearly in our room, almost like the windows aren’t sealed 100% (even with the curtains shut & a/c on, on the 4th floor). We had the same problem last time we stayed, except we were on the 1st floor so we expected that. Also, we paid in full (over $500) at check in, but we were charged nightly on top of that. Nothing was said about being charged twice at check in, only the $100 security deposit which I expected. So that shocked us, because a lot of money was taken out of our checking account and it really screwed us financially. Luckily we got the money back a few days later, but it would have been nice to have known. This did not happen last time we stayed at this exact hotel, I’m not sure if it’s a new policy that I missed.
