My stay at USA Stay Hotel and Suites was excellent! The hotel was pet friendly and very clean and safe. The location of the hotel is excellent as well, close to several attractions and Wind Cave National Park. I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend.

First the good, staff were all very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. Now the bad, hot tub was so filled with chemicals it hurt the eyes to walk into that room. The hot tub was DAMN hot, unusable hot, never seen one so hot. The breakfast is done by nine so go early. Our toilet was plugged when we arrived and was cleaned out by staff the next night. Not staff’s fault, there just isn’t enough staff at this place. Felt sorry for them and they kinda knew the place was not great. Felt old for how old it actually is.
