I made a request for a ground floor room and that was fulfilled and I was very grateful for that everything about my stay was just great even the breakfast was more than I thought Thank you for an exceptional stay I will be staying again with you soon

The pool in the heat but the shade was broken and dangerous for customers
Fire alarm went off and people had to get out of bed and exit the building. Communication was bad . If it was a real fire would of been dangerous.
