It was a good place to stay for were we was going

Well my room tv did work and we couldn’t adjust the AC so it kept turning off after while . And the elevators didn’t work either.

Nothing.

It's been over thirty years since I last went to Houston, TX so I was pretty excited to be going with my son, his wife and my three grandchildren.  As soon as we arrived we noticed only two cars parked in the parking lot. As we entered the hotel the lobby was hot because the AC was broken. We wanted to turn around and leave but we knew it was too late to cancel so we had no choice but to stay there.  We checked in and after we paid, the front person at the counter then told us that the elevators were not working either. We immediately left to go to Meow Wolf Houston because we had tickets and we didn't want to arrive late.  That evening when we arrived back at the hotel  we noticed the room had mold and was very smelly. The next morning we got up for breakfast.  Again the lobby was hot with no AC at all.  The food was horrible. The only choices were cold cereal or waffles.. The milk and the orange juice were in large pitchers and waterdown that had no taste to it.   I informed the front person we could not stay another day but he refused to cooperate with the Booking.com representative that was on the phone with me stating to the Booking .com rep they have no access to email and that they only do business through the phone.  We still decided to leave because we could not stay due to the horrible conditions of this hotel.   However, the next day to my surprise I did receive a paid receipt for that Friday stay from the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham through email.

Premises need some improvement! Toilet was not firm, beds smell funny and a roach came out of the microwave after being used!

First room toilet was non functional, they switched me to a room where I had to plunge the toilet after every use(and forced me to do it), the room smelled like cigarettes, I requested more towels and they made me deliver the old towels to get new ones(only gave me 2 towels for a 3 night stay to start), the tv was broken and I told them and they just brushed me off, the staff was rude, and they have their entire family living in the hotel and they make noise all night. I got an approval for a late check out then they were banging on my door and told me I had to leave even though I had an email confirmation for the late check out(only 1 hour after normal check out anyway). Stay at Sonesta they have good customer service, cleaner rooms, and are the same price basically.

Location excellent!

Needs remodeling.

The Bedsheets were not clean, dirty stains were there on it. Breakfast was ordinary, could have been better. But location to NASA is so close and amazing. Also there is an Indian Restaraunt at walkable distance which is a plus. Staff were very courteous and nice. Also many restaraunts like Domino's, McDonalds, Wendy's, etc., are present close by.

the location opposite of NASA is cerrtainly great - but the rooms could need some renovation fresh paint/tapestry. Was Ok for the purpose - but not really to be too much recommended

smell in the room - moldy spots in the ceiling above the window. Torn tapestry...in general rooms could need some renovation

Value and room accommodations.

Needed upgrading in bathroom.

In room 217 the shower never got hot water, like not even close to hot.

It was across the street from NASA. There were food and other store places close by.

The breakfast was okay, it just didn't seem like much food was put out.

Waffles are good.

The last room we were in looks like it had not been vacuumed microwave was dirty fruit loops under the couch somebody else's socks still in the room from the last guest broken fake nails on the floor.

Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable!

The hotel has seen better days, it looks oldish, but it's clean anyway.

Breakfast although yall cld have a better or bigger selection of it.

Needs more updated showers

The staff is very pleasant.

It's an older building, but it works out well because of location and staff.

One member of the staff that has Indian roots was very helpful and very supportive... He has great communication skills. Other members they do not even say hi.

The breakfast is almost always empty before like 1 hour and a half from closing. It was very annoying because I almost had nothing but coffee.

the property was in a good location.

The photos posted on booking.com are not accurate and very deceiving. The property was rundown and had a smell in the lobby. Our room door wouldn’t close all the way because the door frame was broken. When I mentioned it, they seemed to not really care. They didn’t clean the room everyday, it was every other day.
