The Landing at Newport Condominium Hotel

The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the location right on the marina. The staff we spoke to were extremely friendly. We more than happy with our stay.

We did not have anything we did not like.

The room was very clean, cozy, and cute. We loved the seating area. We had a beautiful view of the bay. The girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that might bother some people were the sea lions outside. They’re very noisy. They didn’t bother us, but would probably keep you awake if you’re a light sleeper.

Location and views were fantastic.

Wish there was an indoor pool.

The remodeled condominium is beautiful and the location is excellent. The underground parking is also easily accessed and a real bonus. We also loved the fireplace and the view.

The bedroom shades are inadequate and the single panel drapes on the two windows of the bedroom are terrible. Because of this, you simply cannot darken the bedroom at night. It is like trying to sleep in broad daylight. This would be an easy thing to fix, but the owners of this particular unit don't seem to care. Furthermore, although the kitchen is beautiful with great appliances, the flatware, dishes, and in particular the pots and pans and cooking utensils are terrible. If I owned this condominium, I would donate everything to Goodwill and purchase a new set of pots and pans, cooking utensils and dishware so that those who like to cook some meals during there stay can do so. It would also pay off in the long run since the guests wouldn't have to run the dishwasher after nearly every meal because of a shortage of dishes.
