The Landing at Newport Condominium Hotel

That it had a separate bedroom and a pull out couch. Had a kitchen and the view was awesome. We got to watch sea otters, harbor seals, see starfish and watch the people in the marina. Sitting on the deck and having a condo to be in was like living there! I loved it.

Only thing was there was black dog hair in a lot of places. I don’t personally have a dog so it was just unusual to me.

The remodeled condominium is beautiful and the location is excellent. The underground parking is also easily accessed and a real bonus. We also loved the fireplace and the view.

The bedroom shades are inadequate and the single panel drapes on the two windows of the bedroom are terrible. Because of this, you simply cannot darken the bedroom at night. It is like trying to sleep in broad daylight. This would be an easy thing to fix, but the owners of this particular unit don't seem to care. Furthermore, although the kitchen is beautiful with great appliances, the flatware, dishes, and in particular the pots and pans and cooking utensils are terrible. If I owned this condominium, I would donate everything to Goodwill and purchase a new set of pots and pans, cooking utensils and dishware so that those who like to cook some meals during there stay can do so. It would also pay off in the long run since the guests wouldn't have to run the dishwasher after nearly every meal because of a shortage of dishes.
