The only problem I didn’t like it when I tried to book online. I tried to book it with the Jacuzzi. It didn’t give me no

Was disappointed because when I booked, I seen pictures and I seem to have a Jacuzzi and that’s what I really wanted and it didn’t give me no options to pick a Jacuzzi was really upset when I got there. They gave me just a regular room.

I would recommend this hotel if those items were upgraded.

The cleannesses, and how the hotel bathroom had a walk in shower and a bench for handicap people, the hotel was furnished with good quality house hold items.

The bed and TV could be upgraded to a more comfortable mattress, the mattress was too firm and felt like I was sleeping on a flat board and the TV could be a bit bigger like a 50’ to fit the background frame that’s it’s mounted on.

Barely acceptable. Not a good value, in spite of the name

We were allowed an early check-in, which we needed. One of the office staff was good. We were given a different room when the first room was not acceptable.

The bed was barely acceptable. No coffee in the room or in the front office. Our first room was handicapped-accessible, which we didn't want, and the shower didn't work. (We did change rooms). The second room was OK

It was average. I should of definitely looked more into the location of thw hotel. Not in the best area.

It was very clean. Lots of outdoor lighting.

Not in the best area. People were talking and partying outside my door so I didn’t get much sleep the first night. And when I checked in the guy at the desk asked me for a $40 cash deposit. That was not indicated anywhere and I told him I didn’t carry cash. He keep repeating to take care of the room and gave me the key.

Close to ultimate destination. The staff was friendly and polite.

States Breakfast but there is NONE, not even coffee. You do not get clean towels. The towels are bare thin. It smells of mold. They INSIST on a $40.00 cash deposit to hold. REFUSE to take your credit card (although you are Charged in FULL on the credit card). The carpet & bathroom floors are dirty. The room smelled like mold, but claim they clean. There were smears on the shower curtain & shower. Where the value for the price I was charged. The office said talk to the Manager - never saw him. Found another hotel farther away :/
