The staff!! Everyone working at the facility was very courteous and friendly.
Room cards!! During our stay we had to visit the front desk multiple times to get the cards setup to access our room. The lobby furniture looked worn and soiled. I can tell the hotel has been around awhile so I'm guessing it's a funding issue. I did notice in the evenings it looked like the hotel had plenty of business. (Amount of cars parked in the hotel parking lot)

Location was nice as we had business to do in that area. Breakfast was served nicely, cleanly but was the standard hotel meal. Bed did sleep well and comfortable.
Furniture was warn and used up. Room was dingy and dark. Old carpet, old lampshades, old chairs, old and used. Just not inviting at all.
