Staff extremely kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

It was very clean and easy to find, the employees where extremely nice and understanding, I was able to get an early check in which was amazing as well, the breakfast was really good as well

There was no negative or anything bad about the property

It was a convenient price and location for my hike

It had not been cleared by the head cleaning staff and had broken chairs in the room

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very well insulated from noise. We liked the coffee machine, but we had to discover it ourselves. Loved the pictures at each room in the hall of the animals. Funny we were in the room with the tree frog. My son in law is a tree frog specialist and when he lived in Springfield he must of had a hundred in about 30 aquariums throughout the house.

The breakfast room needs staff. The food was almost gone an hour before the breakfast room was to be closed. Eggs were runny and unappetizing. We had one sausage each and that left only 3 for anyone else. We took the last of the biscuits. Only one yogurt left. The muffins were yucky and we couldn't eat them. I went to the desk and told the person on duty. All I got was a grunt. They did come and make more biscuits but that is all. Nothing else got stocked up. This should not be their job anyway. I also was surprised to find individual shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles. Not what I expected of an establishment that was billing itself as "Green!"
