Newly Renovated-Hampton Inn & Suites Casper

Room was great and very comfortable. Staff was friendly at check in

Location was a little far to shopping

Pretty well maintained, decent pool and good breakfast

We were in our room and another guest was able to open our door with their key!

New room upgrades are awesome. Rooms look very modern. The TV/Internet situation is legit awful. Shower is ok, good pressure but waited until all neighbors were done showering (apparently we were roomed next to the hot water heater). We could hear those using the shower all morning. I waited until just before check out. I took a major digger while showering. I forgot to bring a wash cloth with me, and when I went to grab one, I slipped on the floor (mats were used but when I stepped out it gave way ). I landed on the toilet and significantly hit my ribs. My breathing is affected by pain and inspiration is reduced in volume.

Breakfast options were good. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was easy. Decent parking options.

The room did not feel very clean, mainly the bathroom. Looked like pee on the floor in front of the toilet. The sink was not fully cleaned. No overhead lights in main area of room and felt very dark.
