The staff was very friendly and always asked if I needed anything. Continental breakfast was good....Loved their coffee....I worked while I stayed. There was a desk in the room and the wifi worked great...I would recommend staying here.

Great location for seeing Newport and mansions
Bed was hard. Bathroom was dated and sink would not drain

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was complimentary coffee.
The walls were thin, the room itself was fairly average, the breakfast was underwhelming, and the staff felt somewhat disengaged.
