I had a three week rental set up for the rest of the stay. Next year I might consider dream catcher instead.

The location was perfect! The accommodations very comfortable! The staff super friendly!

The parking was really tight! Plus, turning to face the street in the car took some back and forth action. They should consider leasing the almost empty lot next to the hotel.

It was fine for a night while passing through. Wouldn’t stay longer than a night.

No coffee or even a water fountain on property. Just seem like some basic hospitality. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no water provided / no where to get water. Just seems like it wouldn’t be that hard nor expensive to have that basic amenity for guests. Also, the view of the mountain is cool, but 50% of the view is a big parking lot. This was fine for a night, but wouldn’t stay longer.

Check in was good--staff was pleasant. Location was good. Price was good.

Bed made a noise that sounded like metal drum underneath. Upstairs neighbors checked in and it sounded like a herd of elephants--no sound proofing. The water seemed discolored. Overall seemed tired looking.

Expect a “motel” level service

While the rooms are renovated , it’s still a “motel”. The pictures were slightly deceiving - I didn’t realize I was signing up to stay in a motel right by the road. 1) Tiny front desk area (no lobby or amenities) - closes at 10pm , so don’t expect anyone to be available after hours 2) No water bottles or drinking water available 3) No Daily cleaning unless requested in person before 11 am - We put the a door sign that says “cleaning needed” When we asked about cleaning, we were told that but our rooms were still not cleaned - when we asked we were told that cleaning it must be requested in person at front desk (the sign is useless?!) and before 11 am every day (it was 11.30 so we couldn’t get cleaning done) 4) noise from the traffic at night

Sketchy and misrepresented by booking,

The location

The room was extremely loud from the upstairs neighbors. Worse is that we never received the late check-in instructions and we spent the last three hours of our journey thinking we were going to have to find another hotel because of these automatic AI responses. The real problem was that we booked this stay under the explicit impression we would have 24/7 front desk service and that was plainly wrong. Booking.com misrepresented this hotel and it was definitely to our detriment.

The online photos of the outside of this hotel look WAY nicer than in person. I was surprised to see it is very run down and old in reality. The shower drained very slowly, so you are standing in gross while you shower. Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors.

It had a cool refrigerator.

The door lock would jam, the front porch was a gross worn out carpet, the lobby was tiny and wired, the room smelled so strange and not good, the carpets, floors and shower were dirty. The beds weren’t on the frame correctly, they seemed worn out, sheets were only clean in one of the beds.

We Stayed at room 107. Parking Are Too tight. The Room not Decent, The Bed is Uncomfortable, The Sink that is Attached to the Wall Has Cracks in Them, When You Take A Shower it creates Puddle of Water in The Bathroom. With All This Experience it Made Checked Out Early. I didn’t even care about Any Refund. I Just Wanted to Get out Of there.

Our stay at Dreamcatcher Inn in Sedona.

Decent kitchenette, nice sized refrigerator/freezer and supply of utensils (actually "donated" a dinner knife and fork brought from home🙂).. Liked available dishwasher. Nice office and cleaning staff. I like the Dreamcatcher name.

No TV guide or instructions. Air conditioner very noisy and not consistent. Broken coffee maker, had to exchange. No 24-hr front desk concierge on site. Co-oping with Green Tree across Hwy 89A should be better communicated (by literature). Text & voicemails I sent were not responded to regarding late night check-in for Oct 23rd and losing the reservation (but it was resolved, unbeknownst to me!). Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and caused problems sleeping w/back & body soreness the next day. Motel sign should be brighter/more visible from the street.

Budget Friendly Sedona Stay

The location was good. The room was spacious. Amenities were great. Bathroom amenities were great too. Didn't expect coffee and tea pods to be made available. That was a good touch. The view from the room's patio is awesome. The patio also has swings for each room and patio chair-tables in the outdoors to enjoy the view.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, and offered recommendations for a few more local spots to check out. Not in the touristy strip, but a short drive to it. We didn't need it but it was nice that they had a kitchenette with the option to borrow certain kitchen items from the front desk.

The room exceeded my expectations. The location is close to the main road, which made it a little noisy at night but also accessible to most of Sedona. I would recommend!
