ROACHES AND DANGEROUS GUESS

Leaving. I liked leaving and going home

The group of drunk and high adults in the parking lot who chased me and my kids back to our room. The broken air conditioner that put me in the same level as drunk adults. The roaches in the refrigerator in the room that I was told was water bugs. The dirty lobby that needed to be mopped badly. The torn up lamp shades and lights we couldn't turn on because buttons or nobs were missing. I have videos of the broken air conditioner.

Very disappointed. Have stayed there several times over the years but have decided that I will not be going back again.

Location

Confusion about my accommodation upon arrival.Despite paying for my accommodation ahead of time,there was no available room upon arrival after a grueling 10hour drive.Staff referred me to a Holiday Inn which was full.Had to arrange for my own hotel and wound up paying $390.Upon arriving there the next day.they assigned me to a room with defective HVAC .Further, room did not have a traditional dresser.The following day,I was given another room which still did have a dresser with drawers, forcing me to have to live out of my suitcase for my weeklong stay. Finally,I was charged twice for my pet, on top of their usual $100 deposit.In their defense, overpayment was returned promptly one day after checking out.

My room had no curtains just a privacy shade. The body wash that was complimentary was open. Anyone could tamper with soap. The hot tub was just that a hot tub the bubbles didn't work. The hot tub was dirty.

That experience was horrible!

I was there for 2 days came down for breakfast and the lady that set up the breakfast asked me if I had a room there like I was trying to get a free meal😡 I am a retired African American woman and I was the only black person in the breakfast room and she only approached me 😡 very racist behavior!

Horrible experience of my life

I didn't like anything.

Had blood stains on the sheets in one room and in the other room had urine stains. Carpet was filthy and couldn't communicate with housekeeping because neither one of them spoke English. Was not accommodated for the inconvenience of having to change bedding 3-4 times and having to wait until the next day to change rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff. Property was clean. Location was oke Restaurants at walking distance and great food centre {LBX THE HANGAR} nearby [6 mile drive down the road]. Quiet at night, no noise form outside of other rooms

Room was oke, but had hardtime with keycard to open the door. Door did not close properly. Desk was old and unstable. No replacement of bedlinen or towels in 5 days stay. Breakfast was extremely limited. Airco could not be switched off, after pressing "OFF" airco continued to run

You get what you pay for.

When I arrive there, was someone there to greet me. I was checked in and the lobby was clean. Getting to my room was quick and easy. Always were clean and sober rooms.

Every single time one of the rooms near me opened a door and slammed it. I could hear it at night. Didn’t get much sleep. Every single footstep is felt in every single room because as people walked by in the rooms next to me, I could feel the vibration. Every time someone flushed a toilet, I could hear it too. Other people saying at the hotel, we’re having conversations in the hallway that I could completely hear.

TV wasn't working, Ac wasn't working. The tub was broken when I showed it almost cut my foot because of it. Walls are a little thin and you can hear surrounding noise.

I liked that the room was big and so was the bathroom, it was clean. The staff was super friendly and always available when we had questions. I recommend doing the priority online check-in and check-out, it really saves you a lot of time. 😊

Staff was nice room was very clean and breakfast was good… Only thing I was disappointed about was that the ice machine on my floor was broken and the hot tub was dirty and was cold the heater in it was broken they said it would get fixed and it never did

Great location, close to LB. Friendly staff and very pet friendly

Facilities were dirty, smudges all over the walls and doors. Hallways had a weird smell. The room itself was a comfortable stay, just a little bit cleaner than the rest of the hotel but still needed a little TLC despite being a “clean” room. Every staff member u spoke to was very sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even greeted my dogs. The staff saves this place in ratings for sure.
