Great hotel that really cares about their guests.

Loved everything about the property but the cold pool and no hot tub. If the pool was warmer, I’d give it a 10/10. It’s really nice hotel and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast is connected to Denny’s Restaurant next door which meant I had access to a home cooked meal instead of a gross and old pastry usually done by hotels offering a continental breakfast. Staff was excellent.

The pool could be warmer. Tried to enjoy it but it was too cold to stay in longer than one dunk in.

We really appreciated the Denny's breakfast voucher that we received from the front desk at the hotel. I think that it's a very good business partnership with Denny's. The Denny's food was very good and the staff were very nice.

Sufficient for what we needed

There was remodeling being done. It will look good when they finish! We could hear people in other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was at Denneys, which was good. Sadly, I forgot a pair of shorts and tank top. They were overlooked. :/ we were too far away to go back after them. I'm sure they were tossed.

The new shower did not have sliding doors. Water got all over the floor

Great stay overall!

Love that they had a pool and gym and they had information everywhere about what they provide and how to ask if you need anything. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was also very convenient that they had denys and a gas station next to it

We only had a one night layover but if we had to stay longer, we would have switched hotels.

Denny's breakfast was good. Location from the airport was good but difficult to navigate. We got lost twice.

Facility and room was dated. We did not like the bathroom set-up. We had problems with the room door and lock and requested to switch rooms. We have used Best Western Plus several times in the past and this one was disappointing.

Peppertree Inn is a GREAT stop over place to break up the drive on way to Missoula!

Breakfast voucher for Denny's Restaurant next door was AWESOME! We love Denny's, although we miss the breakfast in the hotel, this was REALLY good!

Terrible. Miss leading web page. This is not a Best western Plus, it’s maybe just Best Western

This motel I mean hotel is not a PLUS. There is no breakfast. The web page is miss leading. Rooms smelled like someone used the bathroom before you got there and didn’t flush the toilet. Front desk said they have air freshener if I needed it. Run from this place stay somewhere else.
