Amazing, will be back. (Travel time about 2 hours) We also did a massage in Erie and dinner!

The breakfast was great. The family enjoyed all of their selections. Our waitress was fantastic. She was always checking on us to verify we had all that we needed.

Having Mimosas and Bloody Mary's available for breakfast. would be a plus. The location is not marked well, so we went to the Courtyard initially. The road does show the Cracker Barrell, but not the Hilton Garden Inn

It was an awful experience.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Erie on July 15th, 2023, was a complete disaster. We had booked 3 rooms for 8 of us looking forward to a good time. But things took a horrible turn when, during our dinner at 11 p.m., aggressive banging on our door scared us to death. Through the peephole, we saw two shirtless, drunk men outside. We called the front desk in panic, only to find out that a single night staff was on duty. We begged for the manager, but they never showed up. We were trapped, terrified, while the men lingered. The receptionist claimed he talked to them, but our sense of safety was shattered. The following days brought more disappointment - broken promises of refunds, partial reimbursement for just one room despite affecting us all, and over 40 days of waiting with no refund in sight. This Hilton Garden Inn cares nothing for guests' well-being, and Booking.com's lackluster customer service made it even worse. This was an unforgettable lesson to avoid both this hotel and booking through Booking.com at all costs.

I like where it was located at.

The staff was rude. There were no vending machines. When I asked for additional towels, since we had 4 people, they didn’t have any and were rude about it. In our listing it said breakfast was included but at the hotel, it was $15 per person.

Anniversary Trip

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. Drinks were mixed well and bartender was great. The pool and whirlpool were very well maintained and had a great temperature. The hotel is close to a lot of shops and restaurants which made things very convenient.

The bed was noisy everytime you moved. It squeaked and it did wake me and my husband up a couple times when one of us moved. The pressure in the shower wasn't horrible but also wasn't terrific.

The smell in the room was very bad. I had to keep window open all the time during my stay. My coworker's room has the same smell. Probably the carpet. The AC was noisy. The cocktails at the bar were below average.

Our stay was “meh” at best.

The room was ok, nothing too impressive, fairly clean. Nice hot water, nice view. Great bath towels. Lobby is nice, front desk personnel was nice enough. Wasn’t impressed, thought I’d expect more from a “Hilton”, but I could’ve stayed at a cheaper place and had the same experience.

Duvets we’re filthy and stained with yellow and brown (you make a guess what it was, we took them off the bed) dresser drawers were dirty and there were still items in them from the previous guest. There was no info in the room on how to get into pool, nothing on surrounding sights to see or restaurants. No info if they had room service. Fridge was LOUD.

Pleasant stay overall. The pool area is fantastic. The area is fantastic. The beds are to soft.

I like how close everything is if groceries, gas, shopping, or just going out to have good time.

The beds were comfy at first but when we woke up in the morning our bodies were stiff because we sunk into the beds overnight. They are just a bit to fluffy for us. The pool area was clean and wonderful.
