2nd time staying but won't be back

The location was nice

Checked into one room, tv wasn't working. Called front desk the man wasn't friendly at all, acted like we was an inconvenience. Moved rooms. Tv worked when we 1st got in there, once we got back from dinner the TV had no signal and wouldn't work the rest of the night. Neighbors was loud and couldn't even drown out the noise with the tv. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain.

Great stay, great value, would definately stay again.

Rooms where very large, clean, and felt clean with the tile. Shower was awesome, great pressure and large. Pool was great, smaller but very warm, marble sides are a nice touch.

Breakfast was a little lack luster, cheap cheap muffins. Sausage and eggs, just normal hotel breakfast. Having strawberry waffles where great though.

We had a suite with a pull out couch that was unmade and the mattress for it also did not have a mattress protector. I did not like that.

The room was nice and spacious, the swimming pool was great and the included breakfast was simple but good. Really nice and helpful staff.

The location is a bit out of the way, so you definitely need to have a car or be fine with Uber or Lyft services to get around.

Horrible guest service experience

I usually stay at this hotel when we come to Louisville. They have a good breakfast.

I have a horrible experience with guest service in the front this trip. The front desk clerk was the most uncaring hotel representative I have ever dealt with. He had me so upset with his lack of interest in trying to help solve a booking hanging up where we had already paid for the rooms and he couldnt find the reservation... After everything we went through at check-in they didnt provide any extra sheets or blankets for the pullout couches. Lastly, when I tried to take a shower in the morning and I had absolutely no hot water in the shower. One thing I look forward to the most when staying in a hotel is that I can depend on being able to take a hot shower when I wake up in the morning. I will never stay here after the horrible experience I had this time.

The pool

No proper electricity wiring, no bedding even when asked we were told there wasn't any available so my kids had asleep on a bare mattress!!! And I had to ask for a remote twice! Like i work there 🤭 but the day shift ladies apologized for the inconvenience

Terrible, waste of money.

The manager at this property needs to fired.she’s extremely rude and when I brought things to her attitude she hung up on me in the phone. She’s very-rude, doesn’t know what a “service dog is”. There were kids tuning up and a the halls all night slamming doors. She didn’t care. She interrupted our dinner not once but twice, said my dog was barking ( it was with me all day), physically impossible. The hotel needs repairs. The door knobs fall off, e don’t work, lights don’t work, tiles are broken , pool isn’t clean, the list goes on and on. The dryer doesn’t work. I have several pictures. Also didn’t want to do housekeeping, never taking our requests for cleaning. Staff was baling inside the office UP FRONT IN HOTEL( huge mistake). I watched an employee walk out crying after speaking with her. I feel sorry for the staff under her she’s awful. I will NEVER STAY THETE AGAIN.

Everything was terrible except for “angle housekeeper , and the bathroom vanity. They also cut our tv cable off at midnight. I can’t make this up . Seriously needs updating.

Dated, rooms could be cleaner, the carpet on the hallways had odor, the A/C in our room was leaking water, we had to put a little bucket and a towel underneath and empty the bucket quite often.

Close to expressway and cheap, breakfast was decent.

The staff was rude at check in. The place smelled like cigarettes. The bed sheets had stains. They did not provide bedding for the pull out couch that we needed for our kids. When we asked for it, they gave us sheets but said they didn’t have any pillows or blankets.

One of my top 3 worst hotel experiences!!!!

They never got my name correct even after I attempted to get them to correct it. My bill had the wrong name—I’m going to see if I was charged twice since after the first one, the manager stated it didn’t register & I had to do it again! The staff was just apathetic! The 2nd night there was extremely loud music, running in the halls & slamming doors. After 2 hours, I attempted to call front desk & discovered the room phone did not work. Called the front desk -I had to use my cell & complained. No one even addressed it. This went on until after 2am! Never plan to stay there again!!!!

A mess and rude staff

There was no hot water the first night or the first morning that we were there they didn’t have bedding for the room that we booked. There was not enough bedding they swiped our card for incidentals, and then the next day lock the side of the room, saying that they didn’t charge us for incidentals and the card they had on file wasn’t working. I’ve never seen the card before. It wasn’t associated with my name at all, and I showed them the transaction on my American Express And they did nothing about it and they wanted to charge it again. Therefore I had multiple incidental charges for the room they were rude. They were inconsiderate. They carved a portion of my leisure time out of my stay having to help them resolve an error that they had the staff was rude. The room was not very clean.

The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was good!

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, shampoo and soap bottles in the shower were empty, the walls were paper thin, and there wasn’t adequate bedding for the beds in our room, and when we asked for the bedding for the pull out couch, we were told they didn’t have pillows for those beds.

Dingy and unsafe

The toilet seat was broken and so was the sink faucet handle. The bed was hard as a rock and the fridge didn’t work. People were screaming in the halls and the staff acted like we were bothering them. And there were a group of kids lingering in the front lobby the whole time.
