This is the best place to stay if you want to visit Venice, Padova and the surroundings! The breakfast is very good, the owners' hospitality is great, the dinner is delicious like home made food with great house wine! The rooms are cleaned every day and the area is very quiet! The kids enjoyed a lot the animals and especially the parrot which was dancing with them!

Clean, nice people, good shower. Good to visit padova and venice.
Airco was switched off centrally.
The WIFI was not working in the rooms 90% of the time.
Very noisy animals making lots of noise starting at 4am. Had to shut the windows in the middle of the night. Got very Hot every night without any ventilaton.
Most of the people that stay there are work men.
The bathroom fans in the building are very noisy too.
The furnature, tv (15 inch), and deco is > 30 years old.
