It was very relaxing.

I really liked the lady who worked at the breakfast bar. She was so nice and helpful. I believe her name was Nancy. At one point I was about to get water for my oatmeal and instead she went to the back and got me even hotter water. She even took our plates away. She was an absolute gym.

I wish there had been a hot tub.

I didnt properly read when check out was, it was an honest accident, I asked for late check out so me and my family could get our stuff ready to leave. They denied me late check out and I am SO EMBARRASSED because I left a personal item in the room because they said we had to either extend our stay or leave right then.

Excellent stay

The location was perfect for us. We went to Toledo to see a stock car race at Toledo Speedway. Room was clean and everything worked. Check in staff was friendly and humorous. I would stay there again and recommend to friends. Cheers, Rick Laws

Was here visiting family for a few days is the access to the main roads

There was convenient parking. The building itself was clean always saw someone if I needed help with anything.

The temperature of the pool was a little chilly for it being heated. And the road getting into the hotel needs to be repaired way too many potholes.

I was charged by booking buddy and hotel! So I’ve paid twice and have been able to recover my money! Hotel said Booking Buddys charges were only a hold and they would refund my deposit but that hasn’t happened yet!

The location

My room looked like there was crap picked up on the floor and the residue was left. In two spots. I was too tired to change rooms but took pictures and stayed away from that corner. It costs too much staying there for the room to look like someone took a crap on the floor and the toilet seat wasn’t fastened to the toilet.

I would come again on my travels!

The breakfast was decent. I was pleasantly surprised that there was more food and a pleasant face to start the day off. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Good for the price.Oh and the sheets were clean and smelled fresh- a plus!

The beds were nice and comfy breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly

Only thing I had a problem with is the pool kept closing I booked my stay so my kids could swim and they kept shutting it down because the they didn’t have towels for people I didn’t mind it but others did so because they kept complaining they just kept shutting it down but it was nice for the most part other than that

The front desk clerk acts like she was only there for a paycheck. Kids were fighting/play boxing in the pool and chased everyone a out and when the issue was brought to the front desk all she said was well I can ask the maintenance man to ask them to calm down but I cant do anything else. Everyone had to leave the pool and our experience was ruined because the main hotel clerk acted like it was not her problem and someone else should fix the problem. The clerk also said the maintenance man would come and he never did. I will never stay at this hotel again when we come in from out of town.

Hotel was VERY clean. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Pool was AMAZING! My kiddos and I had a really nice stay and would recommend and go back ourselves

I loved the location and the staff

Our first room had bed bugs and breakfast the next morning nothing was stocked or clean. The only thing really available was waffles and cereal and a splash of juice and this was before 8am. I was hoping to have a nice meal before hitting the road.

water leak that wasnt quickly repaired, no trash pick up, was charged for a night I wasnt there,Booking .com was directed to refund it but so far I have not seen it on my account. The manager was nice and helpful on this matter but have not seen a refund come back. I set the dates on line through booking .com and they totally messed up the date and time, had to redue it all over again.

Not gonna go back...

The location. We stayed here last year too and knew some familiar faces, so we came in. The price was good too.

Oh boy... where do I start... First, we were given a room with a bathtub that didn't drain. When we informed the front desk, the girl at the counter asked us to come downstairs with all our luggage so she could give us a new room. Okay, we went downstairs all tired from our journey and she gave us the key to a room that was on the same floor we were coming from. It was strange and baffling. She could have just come upstairs to give us the keys instead of making us make such a long trip with all our luggage. We were really tired after such a long day of travel and we didn't appreciate it at all. It wasn't even that she couldn't leave the front desk because we saw her loitering the halls later. Very unprofessional. The new room that she gave us smelled of dried pee. We tried a lot to look for the source but couldn't. By then we were too tired to ask for a new room because it's very easy to get labeled as a difficult guest. Somehow we stayed the night and got disturbed by people yelling in the corridor. Lastly, we ALWAYS stay at Comfort Inns. This is the only comfort inn where they DO NOT provide you with a microwave. Only suites have them, we were told. I have stayed at very small comfort Inns too and they all had microwaves. This was just too strange. All in all, this comfort inn is permanently deleted from our list. We're never going back there if we ever pass by Toledo again.

The room was wonderful. Housekeeping was great.

The breakfast was not very good. Selection didn't seem fresh (fruit) and limited supply. The employees (a man and a woman were looking at my family like "hurry up and go". It was still during the breakfast hours. Not welcoming. I was charged twice for the stay of one of the nights, but the credit card company corrected the error on their part for that.

Easy to find, close the highway and places for quick food, very clean, the front desk person was very nice and helpful. I only stayed for a quick night pit stop during a road trip and it was perfect for everything I needed.

Breakfast was below par. We came down just one hour after breakfast had started and there were no utensils, no tea bags, and the eggs and sausage looked like they had been left reheating for days.
