Nice location close to restaurants and the highways. Decent breakfast in a nice area. Nice fitness room and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

There were a few areas of our room that could have been cleaner. Food crumbs around the nightstands. The tub and toilet were very clean but the baseboard across the front of the tub was in need of vacuuming and a wipedown.

The laundry facilities made my life much easier after my son vomited in the night and the staff was very helpful getting us extra blankets and towels

I would request a different room if I were to ever stay again

The location

Our sheets and everything felt wet, like condensation. The air would be on but we got in our bed and the blanket and sheets were damp. It needed a humidifier. Also, our room smelled like smoke but was a non smoking room.

The staff, the cleanliness, coziness of the beds, pool and cleaning service came prior to us checking out

Couldn’t close any of the curtains, and the cards didn’t work which caused an inconvenience… it was really hard to walk to the hotel…

If you want a clean, comfortable room at a great price and excellent location, look no further.

I loved the location, it was close to several restaurants, gas stations, and most importantly-Starbucks ☺️ Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and welcoming. Our AC worked very well which was amazing because it was so hot out.

The parking lot around the side and back could use some work. Could use some lighting outside door 3, it’s very dark at night

Our bartender/manager is a perfect fit for the position. We have had the pleasure of his service in a past visit and he did not dissappoint.

There were two children that were swimming unsupervised in the pool. When another family with three children arrived, the youngest basically sneezed and coughed snot into the pool.

It was a good experience

The room was big and spacious everything in the hotel and room was clean. And I think it’s in a great location. Also the check in lady I had was amazing 10/10

Me and my friends got there at 9:40 and breakfast was already closed I feel during check in you should be told what time it opens and closes. The pool wasn’t working when we got there which was upsetting but everything else about the hotel was great

Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly. Most of the time, there was something that wasn't done. Reception was un responsive and not at all helpful. Breakfast was un appetising. Same every day. After 2 days, we stopped having it.

It was a convenient location. Also the girls who worked the breakfast the days we were there were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed for our 11 month old. They were great! They kept everything stocked and always had smiles on their faces!

The elevators were really small and twice they got stuck. They definitely need some maintenance

Overall, it was a very nice stay, but maybe consider bringing a step stool to climb onto the bed.

The Breakfast was excellent. Everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious.

Well, our only complaint was about the beds. The beds were comfortable but VERY high off of the ground. We have never seen a bed this high before. This was a challenge for a short 5'3" 60+ year old woman and even for her 5'11" husband. I literally had to move a chair near the bed and climb up on the chair in order to climb up onto the bed.

Exceptional

I booked this hotel as I had to take the LSAT. The General Manager Tim I think his name was. He went above and beyond to help with an internet issue I was having with the equipment I had to use and got me up and running. rooms and the whole hotel is very clean staff was great. I WOULD RECOMMEND this hotel.
