Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was a 5-star buffet. Tasty, fresh, and friendly service - couldn't ask for more. The front desk person was phenomenal. We arrived at 2:30 AM and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant greeting and thoughtful person.

Used as an over night stay with close access to the airport and it was a very stay.

Staff was excellent very helpful...location was fine 10 minutes from airport by shuttle breakfast and dining room very nice shuttle was excellent! Good overnight stay.

Convenient and quiet place to stay wheen flying in

The room was clean and quiet. Also had free shuttle service to the hotel from the airport and to the rental car center.

Very enjoyable

The person taking care of the breakfast was exceptional. Her name was Percita…..she not only cooked the breakfast, she made sure that everything was fully stocked, and even cleaned up after. She is definitely a hard and thorough worker!

Everything! After dealing with two other hotels/ rental property not being what they said they were and leaving, this place topped it off for the relaxing vacation we were supposed to have!

Location

Filthy. Blood on a towel. Noisy barking dog. No soap in the shower. The shuttle was scheduled an hour later than my request to get to the airport. I want a refund! It was the second worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Rude staff, pool was not working, ice machines were also not working. Also outside key cards were not working. I called to address these issues with the front desk and I was rudely addressed. She said I told you about the pool. Yes you did, but not the non working ice machines and doors.

I would stay there again if I needed airport shuttle but I think the price is way too high.

Location great. Early morning 4AM shuttle to airport was great. Close to restaurants.

Young girl who checked me in was inappropriate. She was on her phone looking at pictures and wanted to know if I wanted to see some friends of hers acting in a play. This was all while I was checking in. Didn't seem to know a whole lot. Bagged breakfast to go was terrible.

The inside lobby area and breakfast area was really nice, had a great range of breakfast foods. The rooms were nice and the bedding wasn’t as cheap unlike some hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool was nice, got a little busy towards the end of the night, the opening hours were very convenient.

I had to wait around 2 1/2 hours after check in time for my second room I booked.

pool was not working, room was not very sound proof and heard the neighbor’s talk show/podcast playing throughout the night and into early morning, booked through Booking.com in which we requested a jacuzzi and received an email confirmation that our request was approved and would be given to us at no extra charge- once arriving to the hotel, they said that they don’t even have jacuzzis, one elevator was broke down also

the pool how salty it was and then the breakfast sausage and gravy biscuit were peppery and not edible and the Yukon potatoes were over seasoned. the room was cramped to much in a little space.
