The staff of this hotel are absolutely deplorable humans. First off even though my animals are papered service animals they still made me pay a deposit for them of $50 dollars as well as a daily payment of $30 on top of the deposit. I had already paid the initial $50 dollar deposit for the room and had to pay another $50 for a total of a hundred for me having service animals. Then even though the room was cleaner when I left it than when I moved into it they wrongfully kept my deposits for me having visitors during the day when no where on agoda or on the property do they have a sign stating no visitors are allowed at any time day or night. I will be filing a complaint with agoda on that one. Do not go to this hotel they are shady and will do what ever they can to screw you over. I now have to see a doctor as while staying there I developed some form of a infection on my leg that wasn't there before I slept a night in one of there beds.
