    Room was not clean at all. i noticed a gray color around the base board in the bathroom. I took a damp cloth and swiped over it and it was thick with dust/hair... just gross. The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet seat loose to the point of coming off. The laminate flooring was coming up and was a fall hazard especially for a senior. How this place received the ratings it did is beyond me. We even checked a room out two doors down. It smelled better, but had the same dust/dirt problems which was enough for us to cancel our 5 night stay.
