Wanted to visit the festival and did enjoy my stay.

Location- close to the pool, parking. Went for day of the dead festival; location was key. Pretty smooth, was surprised at check in that there was construction, would have liked to know beforehand. It was organized well though.

Nothing really - I have been staying here for almost 25 years now. I do wish the restaurants were as active and lively as they used to be.

Being next to Talequepaque plays a huge role in our return also. Spa area and pool area lovely. Can walk to uptown also. The entire walk ability makes for my ideal stay. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were very attentive.

Cuisinart coffee pots have got to go. They do not work. Please replace with a real coffee maker for that first cup of coffee in the morning,then walk over to the Secret Garden for a great cup.

Our room, location and the incredible service we received was so far above average that we'll have no choice but to continue loving Los Abrigados as our most favorite Sedona destination of all time. And that's saying something from someone that lives here full time! Thank you so much, guys!

A truly energizing experience, filled with fun and the vibrant spirit of Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Abrigados and absolutely loved the location, right in the heart of Sedona. It's perfectly situated, with easy access to hiking, dining, and plenty of activities. The room we stayed in was spacious, featuring a full dining room and kitchen, which was ideal for our family. From checking in with Antonio at the front desk to the friendly and accommodating staff throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. We were also impressed by the variety of activities available on-site. We had a blast playing mini golf, swimming, shopping at the nearby Tlaquepaque village, and enjoying a delicious meal at the Spoke and Wheel restaurant right on the property. Our experience was so enjoyable that we've already booked our next stay at Los Abrigados!

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave lol. Wish we could have stayed a few more days:-)

Main area was pretty

Room was old, cracks, stains on wall. No elevator or ramp to 2nd floor , had to carry suitcases up 2 flights stairs, not enough parking for rooms.Stained carpet, patched holes in walls,stained ceiling

The location

The rooms are very dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The sofa and rug in the first room we were given were stained and dirty. They changed our room no problem. The second room was better. The restaurant was underwhelming.

Spoke and wheel restaurant was great. Spa was wonderful .

No housekeeping service; no clean towels , no trash emptying, no coffee replenishments or anything. Had to call for service . Plugged in hair dryer and it smoked, unplugged it and returned it to front desk who said they would send a replacement but did not follow through. Coffee maker didn’t work. No supplies were replenished. TV mounted in an angle not conducive to watch. Bathroom extremely small.

One thing that was very disturbing was a couple in the Jacuzzi both nights of our stay that were being very inappropriate sexually. It was so bad, me, my daughter and her friends had to leave. Being at the pool is a huge part of what they were looking forward to, so that was disappointing.

It’s a beautiful resort with amazing staff. The two men at the front desk that greeted us when we came, made a world of difference. I felt welcomed and cared for.

Very outdated resort (think 1990) in need of renovations

Good location and very pleasant staff. The pool is nice enough.

It is extremely outdated, old room, really old and kind of disgusting furniture, you feel like you are stepping into a 1990s neglected apartment. We just did everything to stay out of the room and couldn’t wait to leave the facility.

Perfect location

Convenient location that is just outside the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Amenities abundant and staff pleasant and helpful. We took a free class on what a vortex is and also water aerobics. So many things to do just say the location.

Not my first stay (1996), and not our last.

Our thanks to check-in clerk Soren Pape, who upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. Thanks also to "Hilton hospitality group ownership plan purchase consultant" (or "timeshare guide," or whatever her title is) Kylee -- unsure of her name; she is young, attractive, friendly, and 5'10" -- who made what can be an ordeal into a pleasure. Thanks for the quick non-emergency plumbing work which our bathroom sink needed. We asked for help when we checked in, and the job was done the next day when we were out of the room.

Our request for a shower seat was ignored, but no problem -- our ice chest worked just as well. A jutting-out overhead cabinet made use of the kitchen sink awkward for anyone much over 5'4".

Great choice for a Sedona getaway.

Great place to stay in Sedona, good location and convenient to most things in town. Room was clean and comfortable.

The resort is getting a little dated, although they are working on upgrading the facilities. Some of the buildings have quite a few steps to reach your room (no elevators), so be sure to let them know if you need something on the ground floor when you book.

We loved the spacious rooms and small kichenette.

We were given a room directly in front of the pool, quite loud. Ceiling leak from the room above us from the bathroom ruined some expensive makeup in my makeup case. Woke up to a drenched bathroom counter. We also didn't like the late check in time at 4 pm and then being rushed out by 10 am.

Spacious one bedroom unit with kitchenette and patio with private jacuzzi. Unit was roughly 700 sq ft (very large). Kitchen well stocked. Pool, tennis/pickle ball and fitness areas also were very nice.

We arrived at night. Location would have been very hard to find without aApple play showing directions with map. Also, was hard to find our unit at night.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient! Nice single-night Resort

The Front Desk was great; the room was smaller than expected, but plenty big enough for 2; location for walking around the more “Main Street, USA”-portion of Sedona is all within walking distance; beautiful area. Only downside was arriving at night the gate entrance for the 300 Inn Lodges was difficult to find because the gate sign is not very visible from a distance.
