Nice location

The convenience of the living to the strip at Sedona and the cost. The kitchen has many conveniences such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, and toaster, which was great for staying.

The air conditioning control was hard to run. You couldn’t just raise and lower the room temp.

Been staying here for years! Awesome location, extremely clean, friendly staff, perfectly sized, equipped and maintained units.

I think the steps to the rooms and walkways could be cleaned and sprayed off better. Lots of bird poop.

I liked that the property was within the Tlaquepaque area. It’s a super good location. Good coffee shops and food option

I really liked all the offerings the property had. The jacuzzi was great! The pool is very large. Didn’t use any of the other amenities but thought it was cool they had mini-golf, pickleball/tennis courts and a spa.

I had no complaints.

Nice property in a great area

I really liked the location—close to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Sedona scenery.

The only downside was that the front desk staff didn’t seem very welcoming.

Great location, great price, beautiful grounds.

The staff Richard and Jenny! They checked me in and put me in the greatest room. I needed to add a night to my stay so they made sure I didn’t have to change rooms.

House Keeping had cleaned the room, but they had moved much of the furniture around and didn’t put it back. They must’ve ran out of time or something. So walking in was a bit of a shock. But it was clean, and the unit had been refurbished. It was lovely.

Wanted to visit the festival and did enjoy my stay.

Location- close to the pool, parking. Went for day of the dead festival; location was key. Pretty smooth, was surprised at check in that there was construction, would have liked to know beforehand. It was organized well though.

Room has been updated,very nice interior. New showers nice. Landscaping is well maintained and keeps I and my friends returning every year! Being next to Talequepaque plays a huge role in our return also. Spa area and pool area lovely. Can walk to uptown also. The entire walk ability makes for my ideal stay. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were very attentive.

Cuisinart coffee pots have got to go. They do not work. Please replace with a real coffee maker for that first cup of coffee in the morning,then walk over to the Secret Garden for a great cup.

Our room, location and the incredible service we received was so far above average that we'll have no choice but to continue loving Los Abrigados as our most favorite Sedona destination of all time. And that's saying something from someone that lives here full time! Thank you so much, guys!

A truly energizing experience, filled with fun and the vibrant spirit of Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Abrigados and absolutely loved the location, right in the heart of Sedona. It's perfectly situated, with easy access to hiking, dining, and plenty of activities. The room we stayed in was spacious, featuring a full dining room and kitchen, which was ideal for our family. From checking in with Antonio at the front desk to the friendly and accommodating staff throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. We were also impressed by the variety of activities available on-site. We had a blast playing mini golf, swimming, shopping at the nearby Tlaquepaque village, and enjoying a delicious meal at the Spoke and Wheel restaurant right on the property. Our experience was so enjoyable that we've already booked our next stay at Los Abrigados!

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave lol. Wish we could have stayed a few more days:-)

Wish we stayed elsewhere

Main area was pretty

Room was old, cracks, stains on wall. No elevator or ramp to 2nd floor , had to carry suitcases up 2 flights stairs, not enough parking for rooms.Stained carpet, patched holes in walls,stained ceiling

The location

The rooms are very dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The sofa and rug in the first room we were given were stained and dirty. They changed our room no problem. The second room was better. The restaurant was underwhelming.

Expensive and not up to expectations.

Spoke and wheel restaurant was great. Spa was wonderful .

No housekeeping service; no clean towels , no trash emptying, no coffee replenishments or anything. Had to call for service . Plugged in hair dryer and it smoked, unplugged it and returned it to front desk who said they would send a replacement but did not follow through. Coffee maker didn’t work. No supplies were replenished. TV mounted in an angle not conducive to watch. Bathroom extremely small.

we loved how there were so many activities to do as a family

One thing that was very disturbing was a couple in the Jacuzzi both nights of our stay that were being very inappropriate sexually. It was so bad, me, my daughter and her friends had to leave. Being at the pool is a huge part of what they were looking forward to, so that was disappointing.

Amazing property. Loved the pickleball courts! Loved our room that felt more like an apartment with separate lounge and kitchen facilities, balconies front and back, bath etc. Excellent value. Everything exceeded our expectations.

It’s a beautiful resort with amazing staff. The two men at the front desk that greeted us when we came, made a world of difference. I felt welcomed and cared for.

Very outdated resort (think 1990) in need of renovations

Good location and very pleasant staff. The pool is nice enough.

It is extremely outdated, old room, really old and kind of disgusting furniture, you feel like you are stepping into a 1990s neglected apartment. We just did everything to stay out of the room and couldn’t wait to leave the facility.

Perfect location

Convenient location that is just outside the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Amenities abundant and staff pleasant and helpful. We took a free class on what a vortex is and also water aerobics. So many things to do just say the location.
