Very nice duplex apartment in Roses. Superb location: beach / city center!
150m from the beach, 150m from the port, terrace 40m2, barbecue and plancha, garage, Wi-Fi, French TV, 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people. Very well equipped and very well placed: downtown and the sea.
3-room duplex 3-room apartment 100 m2 on 3rd floor (The elevator) .The bottom one is air-conditioned. Bright, practical and comfortable furnishings: living / dining room with 1 sofabed, 2 armchairs and satellite TV (flat screen). 2 Outputs on the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 single bed. 1 double bed upstairs. Open kitchen (4-burner gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric orange press, electric mixer-blender). Shower / WC, separate WC. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture.
At your disposal: washing machine, plancha, grill, 2chaises long.
-Bed linen and towels (15eu / pers or 50eu all the linen of the house)
- Covered and secure parking (5 per day / 35 per week)
- The cleaning fee (80eu) to be paid on site or leave the apartment clean.
The house is 300 m from the center of Roses, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 150 m from the sea and from the beach. Shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, very good general practitioner speaking French, English, German. Everything is at 50/200 m.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 3 nuits à Rosas, la propriétaire a été super gentille et très arrangeante. Elle a su nous arranger pour le nombre de personne dans l’appartement et pour les horaires d‘arrivée et de départ. Très souriante, la propriétaire était parfaite ! L’appartement a également été nickel pour notre séjour et un point très positif pour la terrasse tropezienne ! Très bien placé également.
Je recommande fortement !

Un très beau duplex, propre, bien équipé, et surtout très bien placé nous avons tout fait a pieds restaurant, plage, shopping. L'appartement béneficie d'une place de parking, et surtout d'une très belles terrasse très agréable avec un beau point de vue.La propriétaire Elena est vraiment très sympathique . N'oubliez pas de faire un tour a la UNA petit bar restaurant juste en bas de l'appartement très sympa pour boire l'apéritif, déguster un cocktail, ou bien passer un bon moment devant un bon petit plat devant la mer. Nous reviendrons c'est sur !!!!
