Modern home with a spacious, bright living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) overlooking the terrace and garden.
Two of the three bedrooms also overlook the garden.
Beaches, golf courses, and shops are all within easy walking distance.
Living area: a spacious, bright area with an entryway, office area, living room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove), and a large dining room overlooking the garden and terrace under the pergola, plus a half-bath.
Bedroom area: three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet. Two bedrooms feature a 140 cm bed, and one bedroom has a 90 cm bed. Blankets are provided, but not linens (sheets and towels).
In the basement: laundry room, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and ironing board.
Terrace and garden: two garden tables for 6 people, 6 chairs, a small BBQ, and 4 lounge chairs.
The rental price includes one hour of cleaning per week.
There’s a friendly cat named “Shanti” who lives outdoors. The housekeeper will take care of feeding him.
