    I almost didn’t stay here because of some of the negative reviews but I’m so glad I went ahead and booked anyway. It was such a great place I extended my stay. Sweetwater Lift Lodge has everything you need for a great holiday - comfy beds, full kitchen with everything you need, comfy lounges around a gas fireplace, very hot shower with great water pressure, and free parking right out front of the door. The common area has been refurbished and is beautifully done with lots of comfortable places to sit by the fireplace. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there’s free tea and coffee available all day. To address some of the other complaints I read: Yes the furnishings in the apartment were a bit outdated but nothing to write home about, and everything was clean and comfortable. It is true the air conditioners are pretty noisy, but I was there in summer and didn’t need them on overnight so it wasn’t an issue. The pool and hot tub are in an enclosed area that doesn’t have any ambience, I agree it would be nicer to have an outdoor hot tub. It was still lovely to relax in though. I think people will just find anything to complain about. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

    Hotel is very spacious and elegant. Location is also very good as it is near Main Street. Only con I have is the check in is quite late at 4pm and check out is too early at 10am.

    Beautiful, comfortable and clean! The lobby has many inviting corner to relax with free coffee and tea.
