Great location
No breakfast was a surprise, but fine since we had a kitchenette. Our room had zero view, but ok since value was good. Noise also travels.

The suite was like a whole apartment which was very cool - had a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave. It was a two-bedroom suite with a third (pullout) bed in the common area, a dining room and living room, with large storage closets in the hall & kitchen and both rooms had large closets as well.
The bathroom situation was very interesting. There was a normal bathroom in the hall, but then the two rooms had a conjoined bathroom that was separated into three parts: sinks closest to the master bedroom, toilets in the middle (a regular toilet and a male toilet), then the shower and bath area. The bath was heart shaped and had jacuzzi jets. It was interesting to have this shared between the rooms.
The water pressure and temperature in the shower was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel, which was lovely.
The master bedroom was fit with a closet, a wardrobe, and a dresser. It also had an ironing board and hangers.
The lighting was great; lots of windows (fitted with blinds) in the master bedroom. The secondary bedroom has a skylight.
Parking being included is a huge plus. They have a small parking garage as well as outdoor parking. They let me stay parked outside beyond checkout time which was very nice, so I could still explore the town that afternoon.
Location was incredibly convenient to the Park City Library Center Theatre - right next to the stairs leading down to the street by the library lot.
Also, I didn't get to try the breakfast, as I had a late start to my day, but the eating area looked very nice and big, and it seemed like they would carry many options. They also had a complimentary dinner (which I also missed, lol, bc I was on main street. But they said it was "Cheese Night" - maybe would be cool to check that out next time. This was on Monday night, but I'm not sure what their usual rotation is).
The heating wasn't fantastic, but it worked okay. It was a little hard to figure out which way to turn one of the units' knobs, as it was unlabeled and didn't have a pointer on the knob.

Clean, included parking and kinda close to the downtown strip.
The floor of the room was slanted, doors on the cabinets broken and needed overall updating.
