Pros: Excellent location — 10/10! Close to Bayside Marketplace, downtown, shops, and restaurants. Parking is included, which is a big plus. The room was very clean and comfortable, although modest. Overall, great value for the price.
Cons: The TV wasn’t working, and there was quite a bit of noise from other guests outside, so I had to use white noise to sleep at night. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The biggest downside was the $100 deposit refund, which took a week despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel by phone, as the phone number seemed to be inactive. I eventually received a reply to my message through Booking.com after following up, and the deposit was refunded.

It’s right on the boulevard. Noise level was obvious with every police or ambulance that went by. And there were plenty…
