i requested firm bed, i got a good nice firm mattress, it help me to recover from medical procedure, service is.good, polite

I really liked the staff they were friendly to me and always very nice and helpful.
I didn't like that the pool wasn't heated and the jacuzzi didn't work at all. I'd have be really liked to use those. Because you advertise them, so you need to really keep them up and running. People want to swim all year around

Convenient, economical
coffee wasn’t fresh in the morning,
I expected to have hot water kettle in unit
Or hot water available at front during day .
Our room smell kind of moldy /humid and not fresh .
We had problem with our card opening entry door was making noise when you open door
Door was sagged.
Not supply shampoo , ( because we didn’t choose premium?)
We have to go to front desk to get shampoo sachet.
Not cleaning room daily and not supplying enough towels , ( again go to ask for towel)
