Nothing really. I let the desk clerk know the light/outlet wasn’t working next to the bed. He apologized and made a note of it.

I would not stay here again because of the noise of the interstate highway - all night long.

We did not have breakfast. I liked that it was close to several restaurants.

This Courtyard was okay, I suppose it's an older facility, because the rooms were not sound proof. The noise of people in the hallways and at the elevator was bad and the sound of the interstate highway was terrible. Traffic all night long.

MINI RETIREMENT VACATION BEFORE FINAL DESTINATION HOME

I love the price, location and room size and comfort. We decided to extend our stay the front desk was very in making sure we were able to keep our same room while providing housekeeping.

The restaurant staff was not attentive and on the cell phone. The restaurant did not have to go containers. The restaurant staff failed to refill the coffee container at the start of breakfast. The front desk charged my credit card for breakfast which was included from my booking.com reservation.

I was charged twice. Booked the room through Booking.Com. Upon arriving, the receptionist didn't realize the reservation was already paid for and charged my credit card again. The General Manager assured the situation would be resolved. Also, the restaurant charged my wife's credit card 5 times for a meal her and I had. Again, the General Manager took care of the situations and even comped our breakfast this morning even after removing all the charges posted to my wife's credit card. The General Manager and entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

My room. Not enough safety for me. Incomplete work on the door and you could see the hall through the crack. surely if I could see out, something could come in. In the bathroom there were roaches, two that we killed. Two too many. Took pictures for mgmt.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. All of them did their best to ensure that our stay was pleasant.

No microwave (which is odd for the chain), the indoor pool is nice but unheated, we weren't aware that we had to call housekeeping to have our trash emptied (although we stayed four nights). Don't plan on reading in bed as the light shades are opaque.

The evening front desk person was very friendly. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

The coffee in the room was very good but I don’t understand not having coffee available for guests in the lobby. I don’t want to buy a Starbucks. There was no free breakfast, was not a deal breaker but since there was no breakfast, offering coffee would have been a nice compromise.

courteous staff, location, 3 pillows on bed. room was clean.

We rented two rooms . After driving 9 hours we were exhausted. Room 226 the key pad was half off I had to keep putting it back on. The heater in that room also did not work properly and also gave off an electrical smell.
