The location was good.
There is a need for ADA rooms. That means rails around the toilet on the wall. Rails on both sides of shower. The assistive room provided was unacceptable for a disabled person.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had a balcony facing the parking lot. It also had a fridge, microwave, and large flat-screen television.
When we arrived, the sink was clogged and never addressed. Clothes from the previous occupant were hanging in the closet. The shower was very narrow, and the bathroom seemed well-used. There was no complimentary anything. There was a water cooler, but it was empty.
