The front desk staff was amazing, I can't remember his name, but he had long hair. He was very inviting, friendly, professional, and provided answers to all of my questions. I appreciated the snacks and breakfast provided. I appreciate them accepting my request for a high floor and room change request.
The room was not as clean as I expected. The tub had stains and was chipped. The wall paper close to the floor was warped, all the metal in the bathroom was rusted, the carpet didn't seem clean, there were crumbs on the desk, the closet door was broken and there is no fan in the bathroom and there were small holes in the wall where maybe hooks were
