The location is perfect and everyone was very nice. The property is very decent and good overall, but felt a little dated.
My bathroom sink was clogged. I reported it to the front desk the morning after my first night, but they never came to unclog it. The TV was mounted on an arm that wouldn't stay in position, so watching TV was awkward especially while sitting in the bed. The carpet did not feel very clean. The pillows were small and lumpy and the mattress was okay. A topper might help make it more comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was on the low side and felt like it could be a little stronger.

Quiet since kitchenette and bathroom buffer bedroom from hallway noise.
Decent breakfast, great hostess.
Desk area functional.
Little table for sofa was nice.
Refrigerator worked well.
Four luggage carts meant one was available.
Fast elevator
Looked fine from outside but extremely cheap construction.
Entire property looked old and tired
Cheap cabinetry that did not close properly.
Huge gaps around door
Freezer and ice trays very dirty
TINY TOILET, shallow, very uncomfortable.
Supposed to clean room every other day but no one showed up over three nights. No towels — no empty waste baskets — no nothing!
