clean, nice rooms, good breakfast, nice pool
the manager response to my wife’s heavy bruising on her leg. my wife tripped on the bed frame which had an extension sticking out. the mattress was not seated properly on the frame. the manager was only concerned with the cost of the injury. my wife had to go to the hospital for a check up.
