The customer service from Sarah at the front desk was exceptional. She was eager to help accommodate me and my finance. The location was great. Easy access to highway, the beach and many restaurants.

I felt like The bed was very comfortable but My partner didn’t agree.
The location is actually good. There are nearby stores, Publix, other stores, The Dania Beach casino is a two minute drive
The hotel has a water problem , mold smell was a issue also the bathroom was not clean properly . & We both cleaning stuff at the Dollar Tree near.
coming in the room 1st no pillowcases for the pillows after walking to the front desk to get pillowcases, seeing those pillowcases were dirty.
(!!The pillowcases the night staff had just gotten out of the linen closet!!). We walked back to front desk The second pillowcases were not as expectedly clean , Properly washed! To be straight .

Staff was not pleasant with the issue of room key not working.
There was no microwave in the room and no microwave was available to use.
There was no ice machine
It seems that the staff does not communicate with each other
