The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. The room was perfect for what we needed. We would have liked a Smart TV so that we could stream content. But otherwise everything was great.

I didn’t like how challenging it was to get on the WiFi. I had to use my personal hotspot to connect. It should be easier.

Spacious accommodation, comfortable enough
The manager! booking made in November 24 on arrival told hotel was full and only room available was a disabled room. AC and Fridge Freezer not on and smelly. Complained told no other rooms available he would come to fix. Miraculously he arrived said he had had cancellation and room next door now available.!!!!!
Second room much better although poor water pressure in bathroom sink.
