Walls were dirty. Door frames, light switches and most typically touches areas were dirty. Needed a good clorox wipe down!! Bathtub shower dripped all night long. Room had a weird odor.

I always look for another residence to stay in rather than a hotel room.

Always on time at 630am, even earlier for select items. Good selection of yogurt, cereal, fruit, snacks and drinks. Hot food included waffles, porridge, and the usual scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and quiche type foods. Completely free and common food selection.

Constant truck and loading noise from the Harbor Freight behind the property. Room leaked rainwater and despite being reported several times the staff did not attend to fix the leak, nor sort out the terrible smell from the wet carpet. Staff refused to provide details for insurance for damaged property due to rainwater leak.

We booked a one 2-bedroom room through bookings.com a month before we were scheduled to stay. It was supposed to be a 2 nights stay for our large family. Unfortunately, when we attempted to check in or inquired about our reservations, we were told that there was no such reservations. You can just imagine the frustrations we felt. Worst thing is, my card was charged for the reservation. It’s been over a month of back and forth calls requesting for refund through Bookings or the hotel itself, but still waiting. I would say not to book any reservations through Bookings or this hotel. For some reason, they fail to communicate properly.

The property and room was clean. We loved the hot tub and the breakfast was good. We also were pleasantly surprised for the access to Netflix.

When we first got there my sister found what seemed to be cigar butts or poop next to the bed, once we notified the staff they were quick to come and clean it up and do another general clean. They did a good job. The pool could have been warmed a little (but that’s just me).

We stayed here last year and gave it a fabulous rating, loved everything about it. This trip, we were given a room that really seemed a little shabby, the carpet was stained and the furniture looked a little thrashed, the bed was uncomfortable for my husband. Thought about changing rooms, but didn't. Still had good customer service, friendly housekeeping, etc. I would stay again; however, I would check out the room before we unloaded all of our luggage.
